Because of the layout of our house, we needed to put our cat’s litter box in our primary bedroom closet. Although we keep it very clean, there was always a little louder. That’s why I bought these and have had them two days and they have helped immensely! Even my husband noticed that it smelled better. I would highly recommend them. We have also put them in other areas around the house, other closets in the laundry room.

I left a vegetable in the veggie drawer when we went on an extended vacation. We always dump our ice cubes (side-by-side, built in fridge), and I was surprised that they tasted 'funny' the next day. Then I noticed a chemical/medicinal/weird smell every time I opened the fridge door. The power had gone out for 4 days in-between. Well we cleaned it all out--I mean EVERYTHING, including cleaning labels of bottles, etc. And by "we", I pretty much mean my husband did it all. The smell/taste stubbornly remained. We put a bowl of baking soda in the fridge--no luck. Then I got these and *bam* - smell was gone. Fridge saved!! These can be "recharged" by putting in sunshine for 1/2 hour too, so they will last forever, and they fit nicely wherever I put them. Worth every penny for sure, so easy to use (although I doubt they'd have worked without cleaning.) I have some in another place and they work there too so good quality, have recharged previously and they do continue to perform. Even come with hangers when needed. Highly recommend~!

Using these for covering litter box smell. Doesn't really work. May work for other things.

I bought a 6 pack of these for my normal NYC size closet to hopefully remove the musky smell from the closet. I did not have this issue (musky smell) in my previous apartment so I know it wasn't my clothes. Anyway, I put all 6 of these bags hanging inside my closet and after a week I do not notice any difference in smell. The closest is always closed too. Good size, love that they can hang.

This product is terrific! I put two packs in our bathroom and the mystery odor was gone within two days. Same with dog crates—I’d give it more stars if I could!

I originally purchased 3 small bags & placed them in clothing drawers & they worked great! So when I noticed my closet was a bit smelly I purchased this item which comes with hangers so hanging them in my closet was easy peasy & they worked great!

After a friend and his dog stopped by for a visit, a somewhat funky odor was left after they left - not pointing "Spot" here, but the scent wasn't there before so... Anyway, something had to be done, was skeptical, but thought I'd give these things a try, and to my surprise, they really seem to work in neutralizing (or since a canine is the likely culprit, should I say "neutering"?) the air! Love 'em!

I think it’s actually works and absorbs bad smells. Because no matter how heavy cooking smells outside of my room it goes easily. I have a air purifier but somehow this also works.

I bought these to hang in our back hall closet. There is a vent inside the closet and we're pretty certain a critter had died in there. The odour was really strong. The previous owner used an air freshener and dryer sheets to deter the critters and mask the odour. The charcoal pouches work much better. The dead critter smell has long vanished (as it does) but I keep one in the closet for the boots and shoes that tend to smell bad. The closet does not smell bad - so I'd say the product is doing it's job!

I was reluctant to try these but am glad i made the purchase. We put one in the fridge and it removed the smell of pungent fruits (e.g. rockmellon). We also put one in the car and laundry and its been great.
