Stays flat, no warp, easy to clean anything!

Been using Vollrath pots and pans for well over 18yrs. Have replaced maybe 2 pans in this timeframe. My 8inch and 12inch pans which I used the most.Easy to clean and last a very long time I’d you use non abrasive sponges and plastic utensils.

Was surprised by the great quality of this pan. I have a set of really expensive AllClad pots and pans and I always choose this one first as it is super easy to clean and cooks very evenly. I recommend using non metal cooking implements to uphold the integrity of it. I would highly recommend it!

I have a smaller Volrath Skillet and have been looking for a bigger one for some time. This skillet is non-stick and you can use metal utensils in it. The key to keep it non-stick is to get it hot before you add spray or oil, and when cooking in it, wait till the pan releases the item before you turn it. It's super easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Great skillet

Heats up quickly and evenly - like the heat safe handle and most of all, it cleans up quickly!

I have purchased a number of Volrath pans and have never been disappointed, and we cook a lot. The pans are well built with large rivets connecting the handle. The non-stick coating works very well and will last a long time if cared for (careless storage will do more damage than cooking). The cool handle works great and is removable for cleaning. For me, these are as good as a number of commercial grade pans I have used, at a much lower cost.

Nice heavy metal pan with good non stick quality. Replaces a 15 year old pan and looks like it will go the distance. The handle is solid and tends to allow for tippage if not place on the burner accurately. Not a problem if you are aware.

About my third one over years. Good stuff.
