Bit more blue than purple. But amazing quality, no taste, excellent value for money, as a little goes a long way. Very easy to use and mix into buttercream.

Short best before date
The product is good and I’ve always used Wilton for this specific colour. However, the best before date is in 2 months…I’ve purchased all my food colouring from amazon and usually the best before date is in 2 years time. Can’t return as i realised after opening it.
