5 plus stars for sure and its made in the U.S.A in. South Carolina
This buttermilk mixer is easy to use and has incredible taste with many liquors including tequila and many more and has all natural ingredients . Itโs a little pricey but so worth it and makes a lot of drinks. refrigerate after opening and it last for a really long time.

Meant as an ingredient in cocktails, I find it great with club soda for a unique mocktail.
I stopped drinking alcohol many years ago, but sometimes want something fancier to sip on than a diet soda or sparkling water. A friends introduced me to this Bittermilk Cocktail Mixer No. 5, Charred Grapefruit Tonic. Apparently it goes well with whiskey or bourbon and it comes with recipes for mixed cocktails. However, my friends simply added club soda to a few tablespoons of the tonic, and made a quite refreshing, different, and tasty mocktail for me. I now buy it as a thank you gift for friends who host me, or bring it with me (with club soda) to a BYO beverage party, or as a gift for the host. It's not cheap, but it's different and everyone seems to love it and love finding something new and different. Cheers!

Very good flavor, reasonable price when on sale
This is very good. A bit pricy though. We really liked it with tequila.

Puts the Tonic Back Into the Gin & Tonic!
This mixer makes the Gin & Tonic a great drink again. The problem with this classic cocktail today is that tonic mixers available in supermarkets are mostly overly sweetened carbonated water with citrus flavoring - no bittering agent. The original Gin & Tonic contained quinine, consumed by the British military during colonial rule in India. Quinine, an anti- malarial agent was bitter, so sugar and lime was added to make it more palatable, and gin was added to make it more popular. But the lack of bitters in most commercial tonic mixers results in a missing critical component to this cocktail. Bittermilk No. 5 Charred Grapefruit Tonic solves this dilemma, and allows you to add as a much or as little to the gin and club soda to make this the right G&T to your particular taste. I use half the amount of the No. 5 suggested by the recipe on the bottle, but that is a matter of personal taste.

Bittermilk No.5 Charred Grapefruit Tonic Mix - OUTSTANDING
I bought this straight out of curiosity and man, this is now my new favorite refreshing, hot day cocktail. I'm usually a Whiskey Sour and Old Fashioned man, but this mixer is delicious. I make mine with Grey Goose, but will give the White Rum a shot this weekend. Try this.
