Good and lightweight
Purchased this one about 6 months ago. It's good, but not brilliant. What I like is that is light and touchscreen, I don't like that it's not great, only good. At the beginning we had massive issues with dropping internet connection. I did a full reinstall and then it's been better. Again, good, but not great.

Slick..just what I wanted
Great laptop. Had a few issues with the touch screen and wireless initially but not sure if this was me or a fault with the laptop. Anyway, all fine and up and running. I have been using it for about 8 weeks now. It is so light and can fit perfectly into my bag. It starts up so quickly - considering that I used to have to wait ages for my old one to boot up. I trust the Samsung brand, this is my second Samsung laptop.

This a great laptop
Had this for over three months now and love it. It is so light compared to my old laptops. And fast! The boot up time is so quick, andfind it has all the processing power I need. What it does not have is a kensington security slot. However you can buy one to attach to your laptop - which is what I have done.It came preloaded with windows 8, but I did the free upgrade to 8.1 without any problems. It came with a free trial of Norton, which I found to be a problem with my configuration, particularly when using network storage. Did some reconfiguration, but in the end decided to remove and install Kaspersky instead, which was on my old computer.

Massively disappointing for Samsung to create such a dinky machine
I am 100% dissatisfied with this product. I paid £650 on Amazon UK for the touch screen version. I think of computers in a very simple way and just want them to do very basic things. Here are the issues I've faced over the past two months:- faulty touch screen (i had to turn this of as it would just go into some king of epileptic fit and the curser would click on a particular point on the bottom left and zoom in - it just did it's own thing completely)- the left mouse key is flimsy and you need to press it in a particular way for it to work- Windows 8.1 is a total waste of time. Either you stop auto-updates or it just does it's own default updates which can take up to 50 minutes whenever it feels like it. Alternatively, you can do update the system occasionally and the internet simply doesn't work and you have to install the updates and restart. So yeah, I love all the Samsung products I've ever had so this comes as a real surprise. I've had a Mac for the past 5 years and although it grew very slow towards the end I never had any problems like this. Especially not in the first couple of years. If I can get my money back, I'm going back to Mac.From my own personal experience (and I may be the only one), I'm saying purchase this product at your own risk.Michael
