Great Bulbs, I use them for chandelier lighting. I just replaced one bulb that is about 2 years old. They will dim effectively.

These lights are pretty-much exactly what we wanted. They're certainly equivalent to 60W bulbs, maybe even a bit brighter. We're using them exclusively for exterior lighting so we can't comment on dimming functionality. There's no discernable "flicker" or occasional "twitch" that seems to afflict some LED lighting. Our only quibble is the light seems a bit colder than 5000K, but admit the blue-gray galvanized fixture may be the cause (see photo). They've been in use for a few months now, with no infant mortalities to report. Overall, we couldn't be happier.

...which is to say that I do not believe the color specification quoted by the manufacturer is correct. I purchased these bulbs to replace some 5000K GE ones that performed miserably (i.e., they burned-out in months...not the years promised). These new ones seem okay, i.e., acceptable for use (but the color does not match the old bulbs). But the proof of quality will be in how long they last, how well they perform. Knowing if they're five-star worthy is a number of years away.

Very easy to install and dimmible to daylight to nightlight if needed. Great value also.
