I have a month using the machine and it works well but it also needs to put effort on your part in meals and exercise, I used it 15 days without doing anything and I did not notice much difference, but in the next 15 if I saw results that is why it is super necessary because through exercise you eliminate fat and not through urine as many believe, in the specifications it says shipping weight 15 pound when in reality they are not more than 7 this difference is not why ...

No instructions at all.
So this machine comes with no instructions for setup or cleaning procedures or troubleshooting. You have to contact the manufacturer for a chat session on WhatsApp and not good help at all. They give you a link for a YouTube video. There is no protocol instructions either. Just the video. Which is not very informative. You have to read the subtitles while trying to watch the video, making you have to pause and play the video over and over.

I really have nothing bad to say about this frat product.I was able to get in contact with the seller. They gave me all the information to work the machine correctly.It’s been great so far.I use it in my spa and it has really work great.I highly recommend it!
