Hi, BT20A Pro is available with the 48v power supply.

Is amp a similar quality to the tangent ampster btii?

Yes,or better, think this is the best sub £100 BY amplifier on the market, has input for cd or turntable and a sub woofer out, great item

How do you switch between bluetooth and RCA inputs if there's no selector switch?

Push the volume knob, however this amp auto defaults to Bluetooth if you have the source bluetooth switched on. So to select RCA connection turn Bluetooth off on the source.
