SCALPA Superior Microblading Pigment for Eyebrows/Brows, Platinum (Brown Grey Tone), Permanent Makeup Tattoo Ink, 10ml

As a Master artist & PMU/Microblading trainer I am very cautious of pigments and recommending. But I must recommend this line, complete 5star quality. This pigment line can be for beginner or experienced artist. Unlike most lines I use, this one actually saturated the color fastest and I don’t have work long to achieve & see the color set. I truly enjoyed the simplicity of the color selection (very fool-proof), the consistency of the formula was perfect (not thick and not too liquid) and the end result was very satisfying. Even mixing the colors was simple; normally I use an electrical mixer to Mix the colors well. With these pigments I actually did it with a stick manually & it mixed immediately (I didn’t have to struggle for the colors to settle together). I waited to get a healed result to write this review and the results were lovely. I can tell the color will not change to unwanted grays, blues or reds. The website itself has tons of useful info on their products & how to use them. If you have any questions, you can email them and they respond quickly (unlike other lines that don’t respond at all unless you pay extra).Again, these pigments can be used by new artists as well as pro-artists. I will be adding this to my recommenced student supply list.

I received thisProduct for review and i honestly can say This is a great pigment. I like how it doesn’t dry out in the process of the procedure. It’sNot too thick and not too thin.I used it for Microblade a client.I’m not sure how it will work with ombré but the results of the Microblading were amazing. Very satisfied with the product. The only thing i didn’t like initially was the cap, it was hard to get the cap off. It’s singular to a medicine cap where you have to push it down and twist it at the same time but once iGot it open i didn’t have anymore issues and i feel like that cap is a great ideaBecause it prevents the cap from Accidentally opening spilling the pigment.

Absolutely love the true deep black pigmentation of this product! I had a client that was looking for a true black (no brown) to match her natural hair and I’m so happy I found this brow microblading pigment from Scalpa! Her first after pic was another brand that was supposed to be “ebony” but as you can see it pulled warm brown. The scalpa pigment (last pic in quad) is a true rich and deep black!! So happy with this result and she was thrilled!

I think this product was supposed to dye my eyebrows. It came with no directions, so I put it on with a Q-tip and waited 45 minutes. It wiped right off, leaving my eyebrows the color they had been. I tried it again after shaking it like crazy, thinking that the pigment must have been on the bottom. Same result. Nothing. I tried to use it just as I would mascara, but it was too messy and not easy to apply. I think it was $53, so it should have done something. It may be too late to send it back.

Can not give 5 stars because I haven't seen the healed results yet. I used this for powderfinish and found the consistency perfect for my pmu pen. In my opinion it is thinner then I prefer for use as a microblading pigment. Black diamond is not a black brown but gave a nice milk chocolate brown on my fitz 4 client.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate the consistency of this pigment. I say this because consistency matters when your doing microblading. This pigment does not dry out (I actually left a drop out over night and the next morning it was the same consistency) and the pigment stays at the tip of the blade so you don't have to keep messing with it to actually get it implanted into the skin. Also this pigment is highly concentrated. Good job scalpa.

Wooow I love it already! The pigment didn’t spit out like other ones out there and I’ve been looking for that! A lot of inks have a weird thin or drip consistency. This one was very smooth, yet the retention was good and build able. The only one confusion is that I bought the platinum color which appears a super ashy tone. I thought it would be slightly warmer and lighter, but it is meant for platinum blondes or ashy blondes.

I absolutely love this color! I have had a hard time the last finding a soft color that would allow me to add a cool tone to my darker colors. This is perfect for those clients that are to fair to use traditional brown alone. First pass with this color gives a beautiful blonde base! Then mix to desired shade with any brown to enhance even more!! Highly recommend! Great consistency with both my PMU machine and Microblading hand tool !
