Whirlpool Purasense 7 L Ro + Uv + Uf + Tds Water Purifier (with Do-It-Yourself Filter Replacement Technology), White

I bought it because of DIY filter change. But the filters are not available. It can be changed only via the Service Centre people who charge exorbitantly. The UV failed within 3 months and filter started beeping. When called service centre to fix it, they simply disconnected the UV lamp and beeper. I got to know that when another person from shop showed me. As soon as he connected it the beeper started again. Now the RO is out of warranty and the service centre people are saying it would cost me 2500Rs to replace and filters are also very very costly to replace which I cannot replace except from the service centre as it's not available anywhere else. Not recommended to buy at all. Worst service from service centre. I'm going to buy another RO and throw this out.

Great product, value for money. The best feature is the AUTO TDS which senses the water TDS level and accordingly optimises purification level and processes so the water that this rejected is very low. Unlike other ROs the water rejection for one full 7 ltr tank is about 3-4 liters if the water has an input TDS of around 150. Also the best part is that it has DIY filter replacement and you don’t require a service engineerOverall great value for money

The product was working very fine

Very delayed response from whirlpool for installation even having service center near to my house. After continuous followup, installation happened by technician who has no knowledge on product at all and pre-filter is missing in the product box which should come free mentioned on box, installation person charged 800 for same and left from my place where amazon didn't resolved. After that we see leakage of water from tank, after 2-3 days followup with technician from whirlpool, same person came and said there is some breakage inside. Said to return the product back to amazon. Finally returned the product. Here my loss is 800 which paid to whirlpool technician who denied to take it back.

AFTER 6 MONTH FILTER CHANGE TIME BAD SERVICE DON'T BUY.

Whirlpool have some hidden policy. So, do not buy the product of Whirlpool. They sale the product through online website. But when it comes to warranty replacement they avoid the customers.On 28 Jan 2020 I have purchase one purifier RO at Rs 12K. After 4month all the cylinder got damage. As we know all product which we buy it from martek have 6month to 1year replacement warranty. However, whirlpool denied that they dnt have such policy for cylinder replacement. They have asked me to pay Rs. 3.5k approx for replacement charges.So, I will suggest all plz avoid Whirlpool product to buy.

Bought Whirlpool PURASENSE RO+UF+UV+ Auto TDS.PreFilter is not included, very disappointing... No use of having filter without prefilter...It took 28 days for demo and installation, had to call customer care everyday. Very bad experience.Jun-6th-2020- updateNow It is stopped working after 3 month from the installation. Again back to square one and started calling customer service for fixing it but no one is coming...

RO is not working. In spite of repeated complaints non one attending from Whirlpool. Such a bad service provider not seen in my life till date. Whoever want to buy any product from Whirlpool buy on their own risk as they will not get any service from the Company.
