You need to try and be patient, SNORING RESOLVED
I have tried other anti-snoring devices but nothing really worked. The tongue sleeve is a very creative invention, somewhat difficult to adapt to, but it definitely works, you can get a nice night of sleep and rest like never before with no snoring whatsoever, even sleeping on my back. It may be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, you need to be patient and find the correct suctioning and positioning to be comfortable and sleep like an angel.Great device for no money

Worth trying!! I like it
So I believe it has fixed my snoring! Obviously the suction overnight causes a lack of circulation in the tongue so i found out I wake up having trouble talking (which was scary at first lol) especially making the S sound, but within 5-10 mins if I wiggle my tongue some it definitely goes away lol. Also, I noticed I woke up several times w a couple teeth kind of loose & 1 bottom tooth moved because of this product. Obviously that scares me because I dont want my front teeth moving. Easy to wash, I like that there are 2 in a pack since they are clear. It is somewhat comfortable once you get used to the suction. If not suctioned enough you will still wake up w dry mouth. Is it a permanent solution? Probably not, but if it prevents snoring and the side effects from apnea then its a win for now!

Give it time, it works!
It really does take a few days to get used to it, but don’t give up! I was not able to sleep with a CPAP and had an oral appliance for a year but was never really happy with the comfort of model the sleep dentist gave me and I was still snoring (said my fiancé). My asthma Dr. recommended this and it’s been a God send, I don’t snore, I (we) sleep through the night and I feel better.I will admit I did take it out of my mouth in the middle night a few times in the first two weeks and at first the suction was weird, but you will get used to it. Use it during the day like the instructions suggest. It will get better.Another thing I’d like to mention. After having your tongue (and jaw) in that position you should keep your teeth in a closed position for 5 minutes after you take it off. Also stretch your jaw a few times - you want to make sure your bite doesn’t change. You’ll see what I mean after you wear/try it

Great in theory.
It seems like it would work for some people, but I had difficulty getting used to it. I would wake up in the night and find it in the bed, not in my mouth. A couple of times I bit my tongue through the device for some reason. I have tried varying the suction but I didn't find comfortable placement. The theory seems to make sense since most snoring is caused by your tongue relaxing into the back of your throat. I gave it a 3 because it will either work for you or it won't. I doubt there will be a midpoint.

Well, it works
My snoring is pretty bad and keeps my husband up. Bought this hoping it would help and surprisingly it did! It's a little awkward to wear, but it actually works. I noticed that the position of my jaw nor my nasal passages caused the snoring. It was actually my tongue rolling back and constricting my airway that caused me to snore. This product might not help everyone but if you know your tongue is causing it then you really might wana give it a shot. It's not the most comfortable thing to have on and the suction is strong! My tongue was sore in the morning... I didnt have much trouble with drooling but the first nights the device did slip off. Mostly because I move around a lot when sleeping though. It's easy to remove if you pinch the tip on the sides. Don't freak out and try to yank it off of your tongue! You might hurt yourself.Overall this product looks HALARIOUS but it did help tremendously. Its well made and like I mentioned, has strong suction power.

works good
I began using this for naps. After 3 weeks my tongue got used to it so it was ready for night time sleep. Just be sure to at least rinse it after every use. This makes for better adhesion of the tongue to the device.

Not comfortable, but it worked.
The first thing I have to say about this is, it does work for me. I have tried the nose plug things, mouthpieces, and everything else out there. This product significantly reduced my snoring to the point it was not an issue. That being said if it was not fpr this being my last resort I would not use it. It is very uncomfortable unless its just right. It chaffes a lot under the tongue and I wake up with my tongue almost painfully dry. That being said, I am giving this 4 stars because it works for me. Working was all I needed it to do. If you have tried everything else and you are considering this device I would say try it.

Can't use a CPAP
I tried for 2 months to us a CPAP due to sleep apnea. I couldn't get used to it. So I tried this product and it worked. Yes it's a little weird at first. Your tongue feels a little funny at first and your jaw might feel odd in the morning. But compared to a CPAP machine hands down this little device works and way less of a hassle. You will need to experiment with how far you stick your tongue in the device. Try a little at first it doesn't necessarily have to go all the way in. Practice during a nap then work into a full nights sleep. Be patient it took about 2 weeks before I was fully used to wearing it.
