Milu Manual Coffee Bean Grinder - Hand held coffee mill with ceramic grinding mechanism - Infinitely variable grind adjustment - Espresso grinder - with spoon & brush

Its an easy to use product, comfortable to hold whilst grinding. It just has one major flaw, that being the strength of the metal rod that the handle attaches too. It is relatively soft metal and it will just grind itself away and suddenly one morning the handle will just fly off. I've had two of these products, and so it is not a one off but a fundamental design flaw. If you are okay spending ~£16 every few months, for a cheapish grinder go for it. But for me, time to find something more reliable.

The good: it has a solid ceramic burr grinder that can be adjusted infinitely. It pulls beans into the grinder efficiently and the handle turns well. I can get decent medium grind for drip filter. The rubberised part is nice to hold and the simple twist release of the cup is easy to use. The silicone top lid is effective to prevent beans getting out.The bad: the silicone lid is as effective at preventing beans to come out and obstructing you putting beans in. So removing the lid is easier to load beans. However, the axel is aluminium and soft while the crank is stainless steel. Frequent removal and reattaching will wear out the square shape and you won’t be able to crank again! The burr grinder works well but cannot be adjusted to super fine for espresso. I’m using the finest grind and it is just enough for my v60 drip filter.

Sweet little grinder. Easy to use. There's no brush or spoon in the box though - the *spoon* is the little measuring cup that catches the ground coffee. Bad translation. Easy to disassemble to wash. Shame if it doesn't go fine enough for espresso according to reviews (haven't tried myself) but for the price it does it's job and opens up the world of freshly ground coffee to us.

A great grinder to use. Comfortable in the hands and grinds easily..A strip and clean in soapy water is recommended before use, but I recommend you note the order the parts as they come apart. There is an instruction booklet but the parts order isn't listed. The grinder spindle had a small square section that the square hole in the handle drops onto. This seems small at first and you'd think it would cause a problem once a little wear happens. But, as there is a thumb nut holds the handle securely in place this shouldn't be an issue.A really nice touch is the silicon rubber cap that lifts easily to add more beans etc and the silicon grip on the body makes for a very comfortable grip.A good quality purchase .

Love it. Handy little thing! So cute. Takes a while to grind coffee, but I love it so I don't mind; labour of love haha.It arrived in rather shoddy packaging, however: just a cardboard box and it wasn't even sellotaped or securely sealed at all. Came with a spoon, the coffee mill, and instructions.You can adjust the grind (coarser or finer) to your preference by opening the mill, holding the crank securely, and twisting the white knob inside (right to make it finer, left to make it coarser).Would definitely recommend it. I just use a little personal coffee machine, with group hand to extract espresso, so can't give much insight for people using it in a percolator or aeropress etc, but for espresso machines, it grinds to my liking.

My coffee has never tasted so good. I honestly think this is one of the best things I’ve bought in the past years. Elegant, simple, easy to use and clean, and not overly fancy. Just what I needed. Will definitely give me carpal tunnel but I don’t care cause my coffee in the morning now tastes 100 times better
