VIOLIFE Vegan Gluten-Free Original Cream Cheese Spread, 7.05 OZ

If you live cream cheese but can't have dairy this is a perfect replacement. I was skeptical at first that it would taste like coconut, but it does NOT. The taste is almost indistinguishable from cream cheese. The only thing is it melts fast. So if you have a toasted bagel let it cool slightly before you spread it on. I have also cooked with it on things that only require a little cream cheese since it is so small. I cannot tell the difference. This is a great product and should be more readily available.

Overall, this dairy free cream cheese is good! I really like everything I've tried from Violife. However, to me this cream cheese tastes more like butter, rather than cream cheese which typically has a little bit of a tang to it. I do like this tho, it's still yummy. I've also had So Delicious cream cheese and they're pretty close to what cream cheese tastes like, specifically the chive one! I will still happily enjoy this Violife cream cheese, but know if you want the slight tanginess that cream cheese usually has, this isn't quite that. Its still good tho and I do recommend :)

This is, by far, my favorite non-dairy cream cheese. I have never been a fan of dairy cream cheese unless it was in a dip or cheesecake. I could not eat it as a plain spread. But this, I can eat directly from the container! Now that I'm plant based, I've tried several brands of non-dairy cream cheese. Most are pretty good. But I love Violife's version. It's creamy and buttery and spreads nicely. It does melt if you apply to a warm product, but I have no problem waiting for my toast or bagel to cool a bit before I spread it. It's a little sweeter than dairy cream cheese, but it's got a nice tang that works for me, too. Love it!

This is absolutely THE best diary-free cream cheese product I've ever had, and I’ve tried ALL the brands from the cheapest to the most expensive, made from everything from tofu to almond milk. This coconut milk product is hands-down THE best in taste, texture, softening. I haven’t tried it in any baking, but I will research it to see if it’s recommended for that use. Forget the rest and try this one. You can thank me later for all the money I’ve saved you! (I recently threw a very expensive one in the trash!) And NO! I’m not paid for any of my reviews. I’m just giving the honest truth because I wish for it when I’m searching through so many products and deceptive marketing tactics.

I love this cream cheese.....same as I have loved Philadelphia cream cheese all my life ....... I was so surprised when I opened it and tasted it...this is my second box and will be my forever cream cheese! It has not ever molded and it takes me about two weeks to eat a container. iT IS DELICSIOUS!
