2nd time buying as I was so happy with the first one I got for my daughters tank, so bought again for my newest tank, only needed a quick rinse as water ran clear quickly, soaked in water conditioner before adding to tank: looks like beach yellowy sand when rinsing and out of tank but once In the tank it's a beautiful white, no clouding at all, settled just lovely and stays put... ((apart from when corys have a good dig around and rearrange to their liking lol)) . Corys and guppies seem to love it, shows up sunken food like frozen bloodworn very easily, fish sweep through along the top of it eating them up, but for any that are left uneaten then it's very easy to see and clean up/remove... the price is AMAZING!! I was very dubious as it was so cheap, but because it's so cheap I thought I had nothing to loss trying it out, ... but it looks amazing...just as i wanted. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** Also delivery was stupid-fast!!! Ordered on Wednesday, advised delivery would be Saturday but arrive early Friday. ..which was great :):) would defiantly buy again :):)

Awesome item amazing value. A must if you want a soft sandy bottom for your fish tank

I removed a layer of my gravel from the front of the tank and added this white fine sand. I love it so far. Gives brightness to my low light tank. REMEMBER TO WASH THIS SAND IN THE BUCKET UNTIL WATER RUNS CLEAR! It takes some time and patience but don’t skip it as you will end up with dust in your tank for months!!! It’s only a second day for me with this sand so obviously it’s very clean I’m wondering though how I’ll maintain the cleanliness. Vacuuming will suck up this ultrafine sand. I’ll figure something. Happy with the product so far.

Item is what it is white sand and looks good however took 2 hours to clean it before adding it to the aquarium I purchased 25kilo

I order this sand for making art work and it does exactly what I needed it adding some texture. The amount of sand is good for me. Unfortunately the bag was broken on a side and I loose some amount of sand on the garden that I can’t take. I have to find a container so I could storage it. If you buy be careful when u pick up the bag so you don’t miss a thing

Ich habe mir diesen weißen Aquariensand (Größe: 5kg) für meine Aquarien-Flotte besorgt. Nach einem monatelangen und unbarmherzigen Praxistest in gleich zwei Aquarien parallel kann ich für diesen Bodengrund eine absolute und uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung aussprechen! Der Sand wurde zügig geliefert. Man muss ihn vor dem Einbringen natürlich einmal gründlich und fehlerfrei durchspülen, um den feinen Transportstaub zu entfernen. Ist das erledigt, kommt er ins Becken und trübt das Wasser absolut gar nicht mehr ein. Das absolute Highlight ist die biologische Langzeit-Sicherheit. Selbst nach Monaten im Dauereinsatz verdichtet sich hier nichts und es entstehen absolut keine gefährlichen Faulgase im Bodengrund. Meine Hexenwelse und Hoplisoma-Panzerwelse sind ununterbrochen am Gründeln und Wühlen – für gründelnde Bodenfische ist die feine Körnung sensationell sicher und schonend. Vorteile auf einen Blick: Erstklassige, feine Körnung – ideal für das fehlerfreie Gründeln von Welsen. Fantástica. Llevo 3 años con ella y sigue siendo perfecta y como el primer día. El acuario con arena es otro mundo. Mis corydoras pueden buscar en la arena con sus bigotitos sin hacerse daño y da un aspecto más natural al acuario. No volvería a las piedrecitas. Recomendado.

Ottima sabbia e davvero molto fine. A me serviva per coprire lo spazio che si forma tra un sasso e l'altro, dentro all'acquario. E la volevo fine fine perché ho inserito un axolotl e ha eseguito alla perfezione il suo dovere. Arrivata, come sempre, in tempi record e quantità sufficiente, anzi, me n'è rimasta tantissima. Davvero soddisfatta. Mi sento di consigliare questo prodotto.
