Elevating Your Game: Becoming a Triple-Impact Competitor

This "new" book asked for a very high price of $11.25 plus about $4 for shipping. But the book I received is used with a price tag $1. This is wrong.

This was definitely a great and easy read. I enjoyed the different exercises, activities within the book, the great examples and I enjoyed that it wasn't a long read. This book offers great explanations on how to get athletic performers to become BETTER at what they enjoy and love to do. I would definitely recommend this to coaches, athletes and sports consultants.

Excellent motivational read for any athlete. Great clear examples, fun stories, short by full of meaningful stories. Well worth the time to read. Teaches your athlete to strive to get "better" but to also honor the game.

This book is written for athletes, but there is a free coach's guide online. It is short and easy to read. I would recommend the Positive Coaching Alliance as a good resource for any program.

I love all of the books the PCA puts out. Another great quick read!

We use this book for a team of athletes that compete at the high school level. It is a great tool to give them the mental edge in their practice and competition performances. The ELM concept is a nice break down of ways to make their game better thru work on and off the field. The section on leadership is one that these athletes really took to heart and I was impressed just how much of it they brought back from memory alone at an after practice wrap up discussion.This is one of 3 in a series from the Positive Coaching Alliance, one each for the athlete, the parent and the coach, and all 3 are recommended.
