I brought the mattress for my marriage, date on 3rd november 2019, at the time of payment they give delivery on 28 October so i purchased that mattress through amazone and transfer the money through net banking. but the mattress delivered after marriage on 6 th november so i bring another new mattress on time, through amazone delivery i got a big losses. I forgot that losses after 6 six month now the sleepy head asking the feed back of their product, what can i do this time??? Any way i decided to share my experience and opinions about this product in a detailed manner, so that it may be useful for other customers. In this review, I mentioned about the product and my experience in a detailed manner. So, let's get started.====================Packaging and Delivery====================I am really amazed with the packaging, it was a mattress in a box!. It takes 4-5 people to carry a mattress, you won't need them anymore. The sleepyhead sense mattress can be carried by a single person or 2 people for easy transition. That saves a lot in delivery and it was very easy to unbox. It took only a few minutes to unbox it, a safety cutter is provided with the box, use it to cut out the vacuum sealed cover around the mattress, so that the mattress won't be damaged while cutting the cover. The mattress was very thin when I took it out of the box, it came back to it's original shape after cutting out the vacuum sealed cover. It took a few minutes for the mattress to gain it's shape, I wouldn't recommend sitting on it while gaining its shape. The delivery was really satisfactory as it was delivered on time and the delivery guy carried the box upstairs to my room. The top layer is of 1 inch soft PCM foam, the middle layer is of 1.5 inch memory foam and the bottom layer is of 5.5 inch high density foam. The PCM foam on the top layer changes its temperature as to the outer temperature, for example, during summer time the PCM foam will get cooler and will give the user a cool surface, if the weather gets colder, the PCM foam heats up a bit and gives the user a warm feeling, in short, the PCM absorbs the temperature and releases it in an inverse manner. PCM means "Phase Change Material", If you want more info on PCM, you can google it. The midle layer of 1.5 inch memory foam is a bit harder than the PCM foam, but it's still pretty much softer than the high density foam. It gives good support for the spine. The bottom layer of 5.5 inch high density foam gives the mattress a good amount pf height and firmness. These 3 layers of foam is combined into a single mattress. The mattress is covered by a zipper cover, which is removable. We can also wash the cover, I suggest you to buy a mattress protector, so that you won't have to wash the zipper cover much.=====================Comfort of the Mattress=====================The mattress is pretty much comfortable. As I said earlier, the PCM foam is soft and adjusts it's temperature to our body temperature and the outer temperature. The memory foam adjusts to our sleeping position and gives us good comfort. The high density foam gives firmness to the mattress and it provides back support along with the memory foam. The mattress is pretty much firm, the top part is soft and very much comfortable, the bottom part is firm and gives a good support for the soft foams on the top and middle. In my experience, I'd say it's pretty much comfortable for me.============My Experience=============Mattress is ok for all ways.=======Verdict=======At last, we are here at the end of the review. I am extremely un satisfied with the purchase and delivery, I'd definitely recommend this one because of the quality and performance of mattress but please purchase one month before of actual date. Ordered an King size mattress and got it via fedex on time. My honest views:Packaging was neat. Material quality, stitching were good. Seller even called to confirm the size before shipping. Nice gesture.Firmness is mentioned as 7.5, but I found it a bit soft for my liking.Didn't get good sleep on the first night. Thought that might be my body getting used to the new mattress.Also I was turning around very frequently (I used to sleep sideways or facing down) and realized that I was sweating more in this than my old cotton mattress. I analyzed lots of other ones before finalizing this one, since it had PCM technology. But it was a let down. Read that it would take 48 hrs for the mattress to get into shape and start performing (lol), so I didn't mind.Second and subsequent nights: same experience .. improper sleep and frequent tossing around due to the contact surface getting hot after some time. I could see my kid drenched one side in sweat before he wakes up mid night.After a period of 15 days, all of us found ourselves sleeping in the floor. That's when I decided to return it.Had requested for a return and seller agreed readily. Fedex took 1 week for the pickup (can't blame the seller here though). And finally I got my refund in 4-5 days.Moral of the story: In summers, if you do not have an AC, stay away from this one. Forget using any mattress protector, as it increases the heat further.Also this adds roughly 8 inches to the height of the cot. So if your cot is already high, you'll get a feeling of sleeping in a dorm bed. This is suitable to be used directly on the floor, or a low profile cot.

Pros....Good product. Indeed beneficial for elderly people with orthopaedic problems. On time delivery. Neatly packed. Helpful delivery guys to unpack & lay the mattress. Quality/specs of the mattress match to the T as those stated n the portal. Pocket friendly prices.Cons......The edges of the mattress sag. Get depressed with slightest pressure & the person sitting/sleeping at the edge loose balance. The manufacturer should have used some piping at the edges on all four sides to make the mattress more stable. Am sure buyers would not mind bearing some incremental costs for this.This is why I am giving 4 rating to the product or else I would have had no qualms to rate it as 5.

I got this product a week back thinking it would provide support for a side sleeper. I was wrong; I have been waking up with body pain for a week now and I keep tossing and turning all night because the mattress is too firm. The features mention that it provides support to the main pressure points while sleeping, but that isn't the case. My shoulder is sore. And the cooling foam does not work. It is excruciatingly hot; even for Bangalore. Which brings me to the second nightmare - their customer service. I tried calling their number, selecting the "issue with order" option. Since then I have not bee able to get through to their number. Almost as if they blocked my number. I hope that I can get this mattress returned and get something else for sake of my mental peace.
