Works well for graduated weight bearing post ORIF ankle surgery
NOVA TRAVELER 3-Wheel: I had rented a Nova Knee Scooter when I broken the tibula bone in my right ankle in January, and love it, so I decided to see what walkers are offered by Nova and I chose this one, now that I have started PT. Another reviewer said this is best for people who need balance help, not weight bearing help, but that reviewer is wrong. I have 1 normal ankle/leg/foot, and one that is just coming out of full immobilization and I use a full-hard shell Breg tall orthopedic boot on my broken-ankle side, combined with a sturdy shoe on my good foot. The brakes can be operated by squeezing ones hands on the brake handles, which I do when stepping on the 25% weight bearing foot, and I transfer my weight to the walker, then step with my good foot. The Nova Traveler 3-Wheel is rock solid, even though I am a Plus-sized woman. I think that it must be sturdier than a traditional aluminum frame walker. Plus it is really beautiful. I selected the blue because I thought it looks good with the black trim, and it does. In fact, I was really excited to see it and immediately got up to try it. The set-up was very easy. It took perhaps 5 minutes. It arrives fully assembled except for putting on the handlebars. The handlebars are mounted at hip height, so it is actually easier to not have them mounted. Just slide one side into a hole until it is the right height and a hole on the handlebar aligns with a hole on the base, then slide in a bolt and tighten a large knurled knob onto the opposite side. Do it again and you are finished except for removing the protective plastic from the wheels. I did that myself and my husband mounted the handlebars. The wheels roll easily and the brakes have 3 positions. You pull down the levers under the handgrip to "park" the Nova Traveler. I got up from my chair with one hand on my chair and one hand on Nova Traveler with locked brakes and Nova was very sturdy. If you briefly squeeze the locked levers they release to the "brake off" position. When walking, squeeze any time you need to lean on the Nova Traveler. Nova Traveler has a very tight turning radius. You can just about turn around in place.

Great walker
I purchased this 3 years ago and it has been a godsend to use both at home(very maneuverable) and outdoors. I am 5' tall and is the perfect height, also the tray on top of the wire basket is great for transporting small plates/bowls/books etc. so my hands are free. Bought a cheap bottle holder that holds on to the wire basket and I can use it for water bottles, thermos for coffee/tea. Very light and folds so easily and fits in the car backseat so that do not need to use trunk space. Folds and stands up by itself which is useful for doctor/lab visits.

Great for specific purposes-with limitations-now 5-Star
Item purchased from Amazon 3/16/19. Had it about a week now, and have gone from 4-star to 5-star in the time Amazon approved my review. The star upgrade due to the success of my trials and putting it through its paces, but it was purchased and used solely for indoor usage. Background: Male, 6'1, 195, severe neuropathy in legs and feet, with balance issues, and muscle damage in both legs from hip to toes. Purchased this item for indoor usage only because I am getting tired repairing black marks, broken trim, repairing walls & repainting door with my traditional 4x4 rollator/tank. And this in a large range we build ADA compliant with all doors 36" wide. My opinion this item is primarily for indoor usage and as a "transport" unit such as doctor visits, but the elderly and fragile should have a companion with them (possible side tipping), further details below. In my opinion not for for everyday usage outdoor, great for indoors with the proper training. Some individuals are better off with a 4-wheel device, especially if they rely on the rollator to pull themselves up from the floor or a seated position and even that requires finesse, trust me on that always lock the brakes for safety on those moves or down you go. This product deserves a 5-star rating (for my usage and skills), but it would be nice to have another 2-inches to the handle shaft and another one or two additional holes needed to raise the handles high enough for a 6' 1" person. As a mechanical engineer I clearly understand the trade-offs in raising the center of gravity and possible tipping, but I also understand that people can also be a little careless with equipment. After reading the reviews, come on folks brake problems really, have you ever rode a bicycle, adjusted brakes heard of "pliers" ? The brake are delivered tight, there are thumb screws to adjust, took 5 minutes to eliminate a 1/2 dozen 1-stars. Complaints about stability. I would not recommend this for someone that relies on a walker or rollator to get up from a side position. Duh, the laws of physics it's a tripod, not a 4x4. The product meets or exceeds my expectations. It is narrow, light, easy to maneuver, especially in tight spaces. The bag is very deep and holds lots of stuff safely. The basket is somewhat useless for my purposes, but it does hold the top lid very sturdy the lid does not pop off, and the basket and lid remove in a second when you need to close-up the walker for transportation. I carried a full cup of coffee across a tile kitchen, over a threshold across hardwood to our computer room in a large ranch (2800 sq/ft) home not a drop spilled, as the large tires are like cushions. In summary, light weight, collapses in seconds, if traveling leave the basket and top at home they will just be in the way. Great little product. One more item, don't try to drill more holes in the handle tubing to address the fit it is not safe (from an engineers perspective).

Muy bueno, resistente, fácilmente plegable y el tamaño de las llantas favorece mucho el rodaje en piso irregular.

I have a 4 wheel fancy one but use this more . Some of the good points are: the front wheel turns smoothly, great brakes, the width allows access through narrower doors, great storage for shopping sprees. Lighter than my 4 wheel goes in the car boot easily. Another great point is in restaurants it folds and stands up so more out of the way. I actually get stopped and asked where I purchased it. I did however buy it at a reduced price. Love this walker only quality so I have no complaints, if your looking for one this is it.

I have a balance problem and I find that I am using this more often as it makes me feel a lot more confident walking. I find it very stable and I use the basket and my purse fits nicely into the zippered pouch too. When I go in the car it fits neatly behind the driver’s seat (after i slip the basket off). It is a little pricey and that’s why I deducted a star, but it is very well made and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a little help walking.

I found this product to be a well built and very stable walker to use. The 3 wheel design makes this walker very easy to get up close and personal to things and the 2 hand brakes only adds to it's stability. The wire basket and tray on the front and heavy gauge vinyl bag on the back makes this a very convenient and handy walker to use. This Nova 3-Wheel Walker is a incredibly good value for the money. If you want a very good, light weight walker to use around your home I would recommend you give this walker a try.
