Daughter loves this, she's a nurse and is on her feet for long periods. She said it helped her a lot with the back ache.

Rolls done quite a lot during the day which is actually causing some back pain, the reason I purchased it. It does offer some support but I feel there are better out there.

Wasn't sure before buying but it stays in place and very helpful with hernia.

I felt a bit of compression and support but it rolls upwards, not only when you sit down but when you walk. Doesn’t stay in place. Maybe it is not for curvy people?Returned it…and don’t recommend it.

Am super happy with this. I have grown a lot in the third trimester and this is totally better than a belly belt! Avoid the belts! This gives better support as belts just fold and end up being an elastic on your belly. This gives good support when walking and sitting
