Croove Portable Megaphone Bullhorn, Loud Speaker with Siren, Volume Control

I purchased this for one very important reason. I'm disabled and live in a really bad neighborhood. Every other night, we're calling 911 about gun shots. One poor guy was even shot in front of our house and the house next door was all shot up.What does a megaphone have to do with gun shots you ask? Well, read on.The house I live in was left to me by my mother. I am the third generation to live here. It's been in our family for at least 80 years. About 20 years ago, the church on the corner bought up a couple of houses on the street with the intention of expanding. And they'd done so. However, because my mother refused to sell this one to them they've done nothing but make our lives miserable. When my mom was still alive, they called the health department on her for pretty much anything they could think of. One of which was a claim that she was literally throwing human feces over the fence onto the playground. ((( She NEVER did any such thing ))) The rules of building on Ohio property is they cannot be any closer than 24 inches to our house. And that is EXACTLY how far the sidewalk is they put in for people dropping of the children for "Head Start". While there is a huge parking lot in front of their building, actually they have 3 large parking lots. Parents are not allowed to use any of the parking lots. So instead, they have to park on my street, walk up the long walkway, and into the building.As I mentioned before, I'm in a very bad neighborhood. While the people that live on my street are for the most part very nice and respectable of one another. Those from the outside aren't. They block our driveways, park in our driveways, and even in the middle of the street. They'll leave their car running while taking their little one's to daycare. To top it off they leave their music turned all the way up! I always have to turn my television up to hear over what these buttheads are doing outside. I hear them as they're walking their children inside and hear them when they're walking back to their parked running cars. I've put up signs asked they turn their music down because we work and sleep all hours. I've posted a sign on my fence that divides the properties, and I've even literally said something to them asking them to please turn their music down.I am done!!!! This wonderfully loud megaphone is going to be used only for those that continue to ignore our request. The moment they walk in front of my dinning room window I'm letting them have it! And I can't wait for one of them to have the nerve to call the police. I honestly wish one of the idiots shooting guns around here at night would show up during the daytime and drive off with one of their cars!!!! What nonsense! Leaving a running unlocked car unattended for at least 10 minutes!!!!This megaphone is very loud! And I cannot wait to use it!!!!!

It works well as one could and saved me in a pinch for my costume! I did notice that the battery tends to drain quickly from usage. But it is functional and it was a hit for the part attended!

I bought this in 2014 to "emcee" the activities for a child's birthday party, and it was perfect for that. It was loud enough to hear over music played on an ihome-type radio and about 10-12 squealing tween girls for a pretend fashion show. I used it again yesterday for a small raffle event, and the kids had a blast taking turns using it to make their little announcements. I don't know that this would be sufficient for really big, noisy events, but it was great for the indoor party and for the outdoor raffle event, which was on the sidewalk outside an ice cream parlor during the after school rush, and had crowds of about a dozen middle schoolers or less at a time.Also, I saw some reviewers said it doesn't play the Ole Ole song. Mine does (purchased 2 years ago so maybe they've changed it?) but the song is loud, grainy and annoying and the kids can't resist pushing that button, so you might count yourselves lucky not to have that effect!I give this five stars for my purposes and for the great price, but keep your expectations realistic!

It was a gift and they liked it

I was unsure if the megaphone would work like a real one because of the good price. I know it might sound ridiculous, but I purchased this to "yell" at my kids...lol. I have a soft voice and 3 rowdy ADHD children. Its really hard for me to get their attention when their occupied and I physically am unable to raise my voice loud enough for them to notice without hurting my throat. A friend jokingly suggested I get a megaphone, and so I actually did. It works great! Of course in the house I don't have the volume set to full, because it is very loud. Just half way is all I need to grab the attention from the kiddos. A bonus is when my teenager is down the street, I turned the volume all the way up and yelled her name. She was able to hear me on the street away! Might seem silly to people, but it works perfectly for me. I could see this useful to those during protest and when in noisy environments. Dare I say this would be a handy tool for the classroom???

The portable megaphone was a big hit with grandkids, they loved it! The megaphone is loud, has a siren, and plays some type of soccer music. You can hear people yelling throug the megaphone from several blocks away.

I bought blow horn to use for a large group event (250 people). Initially, I only bought it for the siren feature because I needed to have something that would get the group's attention. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the blow horn was to use and the sound was a very loud and clear.I was hesitant to use it at first (to avoid being annoying), but ended up not letting go of it all day.Would definitely recommend purchasing

Communications A1 & arrived safely.Can't really review because it's intended as a gift for my daughter to round up her boys. Looks good though🥴

Seems pretty good

I used my new Megaphone outdoors at a rally this past weekend, and it performed flawlessly.. So I am going to upgrade my original review of 4 stars to 5 out of 5 stars. It's a powerful little beast, and the siren and music features are nice extras.

Its fine for the price, it gets pretty loud and feels built solidly but is made from cheap plastic and does not come with batteries. Conviently i had batteries and as long as it doesn’t break its good.
