I like the radio but there was a lot of research I needed to do to because I got no support from the seller. The radio puts out 12 volts and Ford amplifiers only use 5.5 volts so you get a POP in the speakers when you turn the car and radio on. I needed to splice in a resistor to the amplifier output wire to stop the popping. You also need to buy an antenna adaptor. The stock antenna does not fit into the radio. As for the radio now that I have it installed; everything works but the graphics are not what they show in the ad and you can not change them. I also can not ad any new wallpaper to the unit even though they say you can. If I had it to do over I would have paid the money and purchased a Ford OEM unit for the car.

Not worth the $$$
Poor quality, some wires looked crimped, and we're extremely difficult to strip, very cheap product. 1/2 of the features didn't work, wouldn't recommend to anyone this item should be around $100 based on the quality.

Nice head unit with plenty of features!
I used the following devices in testing:Nokia Lumia Icon using Windows Phone 8Samsung Note 2 using Android 4.4.2What I liked:Features. This unit has a lot of them. Item description lists them so I won't review them. In any case, here's my blurb on the features:DVD - Easy. Pop it in and it plays. Of course, I do not condone the driver to watch while operating the vehicle. In fact, it's probably illegal to do so!GPS - Seems to work well. Able to get around town with little issue. The voice prompts fade music audio and returns it to previous volume once done. In regards to updating it, I received a response from the seller that they would provide an update disc and NOT TO UPDATE IT ON MY OWN.BLUETOOTH - once I removed the current SYNC settings, pairing was seamless. I didn't even have to enter in the PIN, just press the newly detected device. With the Note 2, pairing was just as easy.RADIO - I honestly don't use the radio much, but stations came in satisfactorily to me.APPS - I don't intend to use them while driving and passengers will likely have a smartphone or crash in the car, so I can't say too much other than they're there.USB and SD - The USB seems to be limited to recognizing 8GB and under and it does so slowly (relative term, I know). I couldn't test the auxiliary SD because for whatever reason, as I could not get a card fully into the slot. It stops partway. Nothing appears to be obstructing the slot though.IPOD (30-pin) - I don't own an i-device and didn't borrow one, so this is untested.DVR - Have not connected the camera, so I haven't tested it.The touchscreen is sometimes picky but it works. The display is bright and vibrant and images look pretty good. You can swap out the wallpapers with pre-installed ones or choose from your own via USB or SD card. With the exception of the antennae adapter (specific to the car model), this included every connection I needed to connect the unit to the car. It also included connections for those who have "more" (subwoofers, amplifiers etc.). The installation wasn't difficult, literally plug and play. What I didn't like...Unit mode resets every time the car is turned on. On Bluetooth when you cut the car off? Back on radio when you start up. Time and other settings stick, just not the last mode you were in. Bluetooth connects automatically, but does not play automatically when you click the music icon. You have to manually press play on the paired device or on the unit's screen before music streams. This occurs with both the Lumia and Note 2.Not all the steering wheel controls could be programmed. I was only able to program Next/Previous, Volume up/down, Phone on (not off). Of eight buttons for music/phone control, I could only program five.GPS update. Was not able to determine a manufacturer even off the numbers in the unit's info screen, labels, box, manual etc. On the Navigo site, I could not figure out which one to update with. Per the seller's response, they would send me an update. This means keeping my GPS updated is dependent on someone else. Not sure I like that. There are no mounting screws on the unit. Even the factory unit's brackets cannot be attached to allow the four securing screws to hold the unit in place. Even so, with the face plate on, the unit appears to be nicely in place. Still, I would have better peace of mind with mounting screws. If you're looking for a factory equivalent replacement that is as good and as seamless as a Ford SYNC unit, this isn't it. However, it's a very nice unit on its own with a lot of capability and functions. It is a good deal of stuff!UPDATE: Unfortunately, the lack of full steering control and the constant reset (which could be my installation) has caused me to part with the head unit. Pleased with seller's communications in setting up return. Would not have any issues buying from them again!

Easy installation. I connected a backup camera to the unit and it works very well. Unit has a number of useful feature and modes. I like the unit and it fits perfectly into the space of the 2007 Ford Mustang.
