Really cleans the inside of ears without the mess.

Was a skeptic. Never believed that sea water — mineral‑rich or otherwise — could do anything besides remind me I’m overdue for a vacation. Yet here we are. I’ve tried other ear cleaners, and they work, but they leave my ear canals feeling like someone sprayed WD‑40 in them. No idea why. With Similasan, they feel clean and stay that way for weeks. Then I repeat my little ritual: five minutes per ear, one polite burst, tilt head, let the water do whatever ancient Swiss magic it does, and finally let the warm runoff drip onto a towel like I’m performing a tiny spa treatment for my skull. To be clear: My hair does not stand up. My ears do not ignite. I do not suddenly gain the ability to hear my neighbors arguing about recycling across the street. But my ears feel clean, refreshed, and — most importantly — not itchy, which is basically a miracle in my world

This staff works, and really well. I was dealing with many ear issues/infections lately. I have never got my ears checked or cleaned ever. So you can imagine, 43yo trying to do this by himself. I bought a machine with a camera that helped me to get rid of most of my wax and who knows what else, but without this product I would have never seen my eardrum. This water spray finalized the job properly. It was awesome to stop the ear infections and I gained quite a bit of hearing too! Warning, keep this bottle in your body for at least 15 minutes so the temperature of the spray matches your body temperature. I have never passed out in my entire life, and I made the mistake of using this spray without warming it up with my body. It took me down to the floor. I laid down until I recovered. Very bad sensation, I lost all my balance. You don't want to suffer this, so again, make sure the bottle and the liquid inside matches your body temperature. And don't worry about anything else, the spray is not strong enough to damage your ear drum or anything like that. This product is essential if you want your ears completely clean.

Yes, this ear rince cleans my ears effectively, but I am sorry to say that this spray does not last long. On my first pourchase, I was able to get about five effective applications before the can ran out of spray. I am now on my second can, and I see that after 3 applications, the spray pressure seems to already be decreasing and does not clean my ears as efficiently as the first spray. At almost $10 per can I estimate that the cost of the spray is about $2 per application. Maybe I am cheap, but this seems a too expensive to use on a daily basis. If you are using it about once a month, and you are satisfied with the results, then this product is really worthwhile.

LOVE ALL of Similasan’s Homeopathic products. This works fast. They need to bring back EYE drops.
