I bought this jerky as a gift for a friend. Just to try it out we took out one of the hot venison sticks because the friend does not like spice. There was no spice to the hot venison steak at all and I myself do not like spice that much. Also, there was only one piece of wild boar jerky and a lot of venison, which is not a big deal, but venison is not exotic from where I come from. I was hoping more for Elk and wild boar.
