BAR VS. MITT You may have heard of claying before but usually this is done with a bar of clay. The drawbacks to this are in the functionality. With a bar you have to hold the entire thing as you work over your vehicle, it's small and it can be messy, if you drop it in the dirt there's no saving it, and given its size, you’re only to get around 20 applications. Good product. Take care of it though
So far I've only used this to clay my windscreen and bonnet of my car. It definitely has made a difference because you can hear it scraping the grime off of the paint as you use it. A coupe of passes later and it runs smoothly over the surface.A quick side note on the washing, maintenance and storage of this mitt.. be careful. It can easily be ruined your not. The cost itself becomes v sticky to touch and it will pretty much bond to anything, even itself! Rest the clay side on a clean, low tag microfiber. The microfiber towel should easily peel off of the clay, leaving the clay intact. Better to hand wash the mitt than putting it into a washing machine.A great product so far though

Good value clay mitt
this car clay mitt was purchased out of curiosity really, have previously used a clay bar and its pretty time consuming to do well, this mitt is very effective and easy to use, if I was to be picky the only thing is if you have small or slim hands it tends to slip off, but overall once you get used to using it no problems, did a great job on my Defender which was a bit tacky, gonna try the BMW next, pretty confident it'll be fine for that too. Good value product, prompt delivery.

It works and is a decent price
I’m no expert, in fact I’ve never clayed a car before but, having watched loads of detailing vids on YouTube, I thought I’d give it a go. This does work, as others have said you can feel it pulling the contaminants out of the paint. Being a large surface area you can get around your car quickly, it took me around 5 mins.

Great product
I used the glove on my 2 year old Audi. After using the glove with plenty of bubbles, and using a gentle motion I was amazed that after a while it started to glide. The car was spotless and very smooth to the touch. This is the first time I have used a clay glove, but I would strongly recommend it.

does the job and easy to use
does as good a job as a clay bar with less effort , used to remove dirt stains from a white car.works perfectly , just keep area wet with car wash mixture and rub those marks away.recommended.

Great piece of kit.
This is a really useful clay bar substitute. Make sure you use plenty of lubricant. I use diluted wash 'n wax in a spray bottle. Go carefully and check progress with a microfiber cloth and you will see the surface of the clear coat has been skimmed effectively.

Nifty clay mitt
Great product, much easier to use than a clay bar, achieving the same results. As it’s a mitt, it covers a large area quicker than a traditional clay bar would, with much less change of dropping it onto your “pristine” driveway! I’ve recommended this product to friends who been equally impressed. It’s amazing how much crud it lifts from your paintwork prior to a proper polish.

Works a treat and easier than a clay bar!
I used the clay mitt with my usual clay lube and it worked perfectly. You can feel the paint getting smoother as you go over the body panels. To do the whole car only took half an hour, which is considerably quicker than using a bar, but the results are still the same.Overall I’m very happy with the mitt especially as it’s fully reusable.
