We had a little lad that was really upset and depressed, along with being very Anxious they were in refuge. We asked what we could do for him. His mum said he used to love his bmx bike. That was the anwser. The charity would get one. We put an appeal on and raised enough for a bike and some more bits.So to keep him safe at night we bought him these lights. What we found fantastic was instead of having to hunt for batteries these lights could be charged via usb lead which comes complete with the lights.With all the items in the back of the car. We took them over to the refuge. The mum came to the door and the sun followed with his head down. When we said that people had donated to an appeal to buy him the bike. His face lit up his head now held high and a smile that was about 4ft wide. The first thing he did was to open the helmet. While we were talking with his mum because she was in tears we saw him playing with his bike and the next thing we knew he was riding around helmet on lights on (yes they were easy to put on even an 7 year old could install them on the bike. He was over the moon his face glowing. He came over and thanked us and gave a hug. This was a child that hugged no one. So these lights really did light up someones life. We had a call from mum later that evening to say he was still outside on the bike and the lights were still as bright as when he had installed them. They are not to big very streamlined and modern. Infact an excellence set of lights thank you
