Ordered one and returned because base would not fit..it was too big...returned and ordered another..and same problem...had one from months ago and works great...wrong base put in for this model...third time getting refund....Heard back from the company with apology and promise to make sure the problem would be addressed and a very quick refund....very impressed with their quick feedback ...this is really one of the better products for the money...and I am anxious to order another one soon as a present for my grandson for his bathroom.. they truly do stand by making your order correct if there is a problem

I had high hopes for this product. I should've heeded the warnings in the reviews about this product. It stopped pumping soap the other day and I tried to see what was wrong. Turned it off & on, still didn't work. So I used carefully opened the bottom battery compartment that was screwed tight & to my dismay, 2 of the batteries were soaked with dark goo. I removed each one carefully to see how this could've happened as this soap dispenser has a pedestal raising it above the surface. I also placed this by the sink in a space that didn't expose it to any splash or liquid to protect it. It looked like the liquid soap leaked from within. I'm truly disappointed, it hasn't been 2 months since I've had this and as a single person...this was not used often. Look for another option here in amazon.

Pleased with this dispenser. I like the stainless steel look and it’s sturdy. Would like it to hold a little more volume but it’s not a deal breaker. Love the hands free convenience. The movement detection sensor and the dispensed amount adjustment works great. I’m using Dr Bronner’s concentrated liquid soap in it but still trying to figure out the right soap to water ratio. Battery life will depend on finding that right soapiness and needing to use less number of pumps. Would buy again and recommend this product to a friend.

I've only had this dispenser for one week so far, but it really works well. Also, I love that you can adjust the volume of soap it dispenses. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I'm unable to attached the footed base (i.e. "water resistant stand") to the bottom of the dispenser. However, it rests fine on the counter without the base.

Bought this for my bathroom so guests could wash their hands touchless. Regular hand soap won't dispense without waving your hand to prime the pump at least 2-3 times, even with pressing the + button (which defeats the purpose of touchless). When it comes out, it's too little to wash with, so you sit waving and letting it reset over and over again. My hairdresser has a similar one (could be the same exact one or not) that dispenses hand sanitizer fine. For soap though, this is garbage.

Bought two of these based on the high reviews. However, they don't deserve high marks. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 (which should be 0) because they actually did work for a bit. Both units no longer work, because of a sensor failure. Within the first month one of the units started spitting out soap on an off constantly until the reservoir was empty. Turned it off and on, replaced battery and it was fine until month 2 when it repeated itself and I could no longer get it to work. Same thing happened with the second unit, but it took 4 months to go out. Of course they both failed after the return window so I am out the money, wasted soap, and my time. Super frustrated. Don't buy!

The media could not be loaded. Purchased on June 5th, and no longer functioning by July 29th. The battery cover on this dispenser is on the bottom of the unit, and moisture seeps in, despite the presence of an additional clip-on footing, intended to elevate it from the countertop. The problem is that the battery cover itself, has nothing to seal moisture out. If it had a silicone gasket, this would last far longer. As it is though, this thing is now soaking wet and rusted inside, and no longer functions.The only reason I gave this any stars at all, is because, if you turn up the volume of my video, although it no longer dispenses soap, it does perform a hilariously sad Chewbacca impersonation.

dispenses just the right amount and does not drip. This is just the thing we needed for our customer counter. It's nice to have handy because handling cash can be a very dirty business. The motion detection works great - I am very happy with this item and I recommend it to anyone who may be looking for something like this for hand sanitation and disease prevention.
