How long would 2 of these last between two full grown college students going at each other no holds barred? A rough estimate will do fine.

Not long. the sword is mostly foam and meant for decoration and practicing moves. I would be surprised if it lasted more than an hour

How much does it flop side to side?

Surprisingly...not at all. I got it for my 6 year old thinking we would throw it away in a week or two. Has not been damaged at all in a couple of months of use.

Would it stand up to adults sparring with it?

It would not hold up to adult sparing. It looks great though.

does the sword include the sheath

No, it does not include a sheath.
