Mom Became a Korean Omelette Pro Overnight
The TECHEF Tamagoyaki Omelette Pan has been an absolute kitchen W in our house. My mom loves this pan because it makes rolling Korean omelettes so much easier, and the rectangular shape is perfect for getting those clean layers and neat rolls. The nonstick surface works great, so eggs slide around easily without sticking or tearing apart halfway through. It heats evenly, feels well-made, and the purple color is a fun bonus that stands out from all the other cookware in the kitchen. We've used it regularly, and it's held up really well. Whether you're making tamagoyaki, Korean-style rolled omelettes, or just want a pan that's great for eggs, this one gets the job done. ⭐ 5/5 - My mom said "let's make Korean omelettes," and this pan understood the assignment. Easy to use, easy to clean, and now a permanent member of the kitchen squad.

For me, this pan ended up being much more versatile than expected.
I originally bought it because I wanted to try making tamagoyaki at home, and it does that job very well. What surprised me was how often I started reaching for it for other breakfast foods, particularly egg sandwiches. The rectangular shape is perfect for sandwich-making. Besides traditional rolled omelets, I can use about half the pan to make square fried or scrambled eggs that fit bread much better than the round eggs from a standard skillet. It's one of those small things that turns out to be genuinely convenient. The non-stick performance has also been excellent. I've owned this pan for almost seven years with moderate use, and it's still performing well. Of course, standard non-stick rules apply: * hand wash only * no dishwasher * no metal utensils * avoid excessive heat If you're willing to treat it properly, it's surprisingly durable. In fact, this pan has outlasted several other non-stick pans I've owned over the years. Pros: * excellent non-stick surface * great for tamagoyaki and rolled omelets * ideal shape for egg sandwiches * durable when cared for properly If you're interested in Japanese-style omelets, it's an easy recommendation. Even if you're not, the shape alone makes it a surprisingly useful breakfast pan.

Light and easy to clean
Makes making omelette for my baby so easy. It’s easy to clean and the eggs wrap so easy. It’s small simple size not only for omelette and it’s been my go to pan. It doesn’t scratch and it’s non stick.

Safe Utensil and Good Performance.
Works quite for making a rectangular shaped omelet. Pan holds about 1 to 1/1/2 of a scrambled egg. Cooks up well and easy to scoop out of the pan and serve. Use silicone spatula to scoop out of the pan so that you do not scratch the Teflon surface. Be cautious to not over heat the pan as it can damage the Teflon coating. Packaging states that pan coating is PFOA-Free. PFOA when used in producing Teflon has been found to be a health danger, but once in the Teflon state, it is considered safe. But you want to avoid causing the coating to flake off from high heat and utensil scrapings. Use a bit of a good cooking oil on the surface of the pan to assist with any food sticking to the pan.

Great pan
This pan is exactly what I needed and does what it is supposed to. It heats up quickly and the nonstick coating works really well. I haven't used it to make a rolled omelets, but I have used it to make "egg patties" for breakfast sandwhiches. The shape is also great for making egg sheets for a high protein wrap or that can be cut into egg ribbons

Sweet little pan
This arrived overnight and I used it right away. I liked it very much. It is not a big pan, but I find the smaller pans are easier to flip the omelet when making tamagoyaki. I found it easiest to use two chopsticks to roll the eggs rather than a spatula...so If you're wondering if you really need a spatula, you don't. The non-stick surface seems hefty, the weight of the pan is not flimsy, but not too heavy either. The handle feels solid. This is perfect for making traditional tamagoyaki, with an angle to the front wall of the pan to facilitate thesliding back and forth of the eggs. Since it is on the smaller side, I'm not sure you would use this pan for other heavy volume food use.

Un must!!

TeChef - Tamagoyaki Japanische Omelette Pfanne Eierpfanne
