Since it comes with 2 packs, will it make 2 bouquets if i get 1 of each color?

No,since the artificial flowers 2 packs already packed and labled in FBA warehouse,we can't change the match.

Can we get it without the long stem? I need to place it on a plate

The stem of the bouquet is not very long and you can cut it with iron scissors if you need the flowers only.By the way,the branches are adjustable length.
