True 100% Arabica Comfort โ The Reliable OG Bean
โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ True 100% Arabica Comfort โ The Reliable OG Bean Tim Hortons Original Whole Bean Review โ Smooth, Balanced, and Ritual-Ready The Tim Hortons Whole Bean Original delivers a genuinely smooth, balanced medium roast that works for everyday brews and slow-sip rituals alike. The beans are uniform, fresh-aromatic, and grinder-friendly, producing a cup that feels warm, mellow, and reliably satisfying. The medium roast profile brings gentle nut and light cocoa warmth, with a clean brightness that avoids sourness, bitterness, or dramatic roast monologues. Itโs the kind of coffee that says โoriginalโ and actually tastes like original coffee beans, not an identity crisis. Iโve brewed this as: black coffee confidence cups creamy cafรฉ mornings casual weekend pour-overs and post-meal sips In every case, it delivered clean extraction, solid aroma, and a smooth finish with no weird aftertaste leftovers hijacking the vibe. โ Best for: Daily home brewing with real coffee flavor Grinding fresh without clogs or uneven bits Enjoying black or with milk and light sweetener Coffee lovers who want ritual + dependability ๐ Pros: โ 100% arabica beans (true, clean flavor base) โ Smooth medium roast, easy to adjust with add-ins โ Great aroma when grinding and brewing โ Consistent beans, good structure โ Works across most coffee makers after grinding โ Feels premium without costing flagship guilt โ Doesnโt spike bitterness or sourness โ Cons / tips: โข Itโs medium roast balance over espresso punch โ not for volcanic-bold coffee seekers. โข Transfer to an airtight container after opening to keep aroma maxed. โข If you like richer cups, a dash of milk or honey complements it beautifully (standard coffee logic). Bottom line: If you want a smooth, aromatic, 100% Arabica whole bean coffee for everyday reliability, this one more than delivers. It brews calm, balanced, and consistently drinkable. No jitters, no drama โ just a great cup every time. Iโll absolutely reorder! ๐โ๐ซ๐โ

Great flavor
Best coffee ever, Iโm so sad that the price went up so high. Itโs reminds me my hometown coffee that I miss so much. I canโt buy it anymore because itโs way expensive now ๐

This is not bad. Tastes almost Columbian.
Tim Horton is a coffee I have never tried till now, but I am impressed. It's not a bad price and not a bad flavor. That is, it's not a Kona coffee, but what else is? The beans might be roasted a tad longer for my taste. I like a medium dark roast... but not a dark roast. I like strong coffee. It might be noted, I think Starbuck's coffee is awful. I just hate Starbuck's coffee. It tastes like Robusta beans overbrewed and made with too many beans per cup. Just my opinion. I have likened Starbuck coffee to ground roasted tires. Kind of that bitter rubbery taste, and nothing good about it until you add the cinnamon and cream, sugar and what not. But I say all that to let you know where my tastes are coming from. Starbucks is awful. Kona coffee is God's coffee. Tim Horton coffee is smack in the center there somewhere. I think its fresh. This has not been sitting around for long. The grinding of the beans yields a tempting aroma. After the coffee is brewed, it's a very satisfying average medium roast coffee. I would love to see what a medium dark roast whole bean Tim Horton coffee brand would yield. And for the price, hey, you can do a lot worse.

Surprisingly Yummy, and for the price... Wow.
For quite some time, I enjoyed imported coffee (I know, most all is ;), like Lavazza Super Crema, just as my regular daily driver. I would experiment with various other offshoots of blends, flavors, even quite a few other brands, and in the end, I found Lavazza Top Class Filtro (not regular Filtro, different) to be my favorite, edging out Super Crema. To give some further information which I consider is really essential for a coffee review, is to describe the coffee of which I am most a fan. For me, that is a medium to medium-heavy blend, with nutty notes, maybe some chocolate hints, etc... That fall sort of rich and creamy blend is my all-around favorite. I'll leave off a whole lot more detail than that. I'm no coffee expert, but surely like most, I know what I like. I also well know what I don't. I won't go into too much detail here, but suffice it to say, that as far as US Store Brands go, I don't consider many to be very good at all. To me, the worst offender regarding store brand is all of it being pre-ground. I mean, as it is likely nitrogen filled in the bag to maintain that initial freshness, once opened, each passing hour is just killing that flavor. My store brand go-to in this department, when necessary, has been Gevalia House Blend. Just as described earlier, nutty, smooth, good flavor, aroma and a decent kick, but not enough to have me zooming. Yet even this not inexpensive coffee won't pass 3-4 days when it simply is about as meh as most any other coffee out there. Truly it is a travesty that they don't sell the brand as whole bean, but that's another story. Pretty much all else that is "lesser", i.e. Folgers, Melita, etc... They are all barely passable at all. Absolutely not very good, and that's being nice. Get the job done, but not there to be really enjoyed and savored. All of that providing the groundwork from whence I offer my thoughts here, based on budget and really just taking a chance, I saw a bag here for a little over $6, and I pulled the trigger. I didn't expect much at all, but was really just grabbing myself a small bag while I waited out a bump in price hikes for my favorites. They had doubled in price for a small hitch, and while I expected it would pass, it was a n opportunity to try something new. Ok, the end is actually fairly simple. This coffee did for me at about 50c an ounce, what $1-2 an ounce at times was through Lavazza and other like brands. It was very fresh. Aromatic. Quite nutty, and for the price, I don't think there is a coffee that can compare, not at least one I've tried. I have now purchased 4 more bags in a row, and I don't know if I'll even change off, so long as they keep delivering this coffee at this price point. I mean, I even hesitated writing this review, lest I draw more attention to them and they begin raising their prices. C'est la vie. Credit and honor where it is due. (Timmy, remember this ole boy when your business picks up, and do me a solid! :D ) Having fun, of course. In the end, I am really quite happy with this product, and for the price. Just, wow. I suggest you give it a try if you haven't already. In truth, I wouldn't compare the store served coffee to this, as this is simply much better. Oh, last tip, and a must if you really want the best coffee can offer. You absolutely must grind it fresh. Seriously. Grinders are so cheap, and the smell of fresh ground coffee alone is worth the bump in experience. Let alone the flavor incomparably better. Hope this helps. Ps. Don't buy it all up! Lates!

Pleasantly Surprised; Didn't know what I would get
I don't often give out five star reviews, but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised as to how good this Tim Horton bag o' beans is. I ran out of coffee (I always like to buy coffee beans), and turned to my Prime account to see what was offered. Amid some of the pricier offers, the Tim Horton brand popped up. I've only heard of Tim Horton as a restaurant chain in Canada and that they served good coffee. Didn't know I could buy their coffee beans online here at Amazon. So the price was right for the beans and I took a chance. While some reviewers mentioned that their packages weren't fresh smelling or tasting, I decided to go ahead and order anyway (did I mention I was OUT OF COFFEE. Whew, I just needed some coffee...). Well, I must have lucked out because the beans appear to be fresh, and I love the taste of this coffee. I am so tempted to change my brand of beans to TH now - if Amazon continues to offer it, and the price is reasonable. Really, I can't tell you how darn surprised I am. Good on ya, Canada.

Great coffee!
While visiting Niagara Falls in Canada last year, I became hooked on Tim Horton's coffee. I can't find it in any stores in my area, so I was thrilled to be able to order it from Amazon. Always fresh and tastes great!

Not my cup of tea
Coffee taste is personal, and I'm an admitted coffee snob. Despite reviews, not my cup of tea, as it were. But a bargain. And I gifted it to a friend, since I didn't like it. He did. I should have tried it at Tim Horton's in Canada before buying, but haven't been there lately

Finally, Tim Hortons Beans in the UK
I have been importing Tim Hortons beans for a couple of years now, glad I can buy it in the UK. Probably not for coffee experts, but for me it is the best coffee out there ๐๐
