It was delivered damaged and hence unusable. But Lizelle @ customer service contacted me directly to offer an apology and a full refund or express delivery of a replacement product. I was thrilled to come across such a swift and polite resolution to my problem . I would now issue a 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating

This item was a month late, which was bad enough but when it arrived it was completely broken and useless. In order to get a refund you have to return the item via post, which is very irritating considering it was not my fault it was a month late and broken, would not recommend buying this item at all. Was for my nephews birthday and ended up being so late and he was very disappointed that he can not even use it after waiting so long.

As a Professional fully qualified referee I have found this product extremely useful in matches that I do and the product itself is a great size and shape to fit on my person and it does not protrude or get in the way so I rate this five stars and for any referee who is in need of vanishing spray this is definitely the one to buy

I used this product to Referee a national cup 6 aside football match of 20 mins each eay for 3 meter free kicks lines but, didn't expect to run out of the product mid game.The concept is great as it gives clear boundary lines for both teams I'll just need to be mindful of its use going forward.
