We bought this chair for our parents lounge in our new gymnastics studio. Well, we will be buying another one because I have claimed this one for myself. It is SOOOOOO comfortable, I suffer from Lupus and have a lot of body aches and muscle aches that I live with most days. Oh My God this chair helped so much. The foot massager is a 19 on a scale of 1 to 10, and the air compression massages on the calves and arms feels so good. It even does your waist, your buttocks, shoulders, back, everything. It really is a whole body massager. Worth every penny (and it was priced pretty reasonably.) Will be ordering another one right away for the parents of our students. We bought an appliance timer for like $11 bucks and will be able to charge for a massage, instead of spending a few hundred dollars for a vending coin box. we plugged the chair into an extension cord and then into the timer which is located behind our snack bar counter so we can control the time. Just thought I'd share in case you were looking for a vending chair, which cost WAY more. Oh, and one last thing, it's bluetooth and will play your music! LOVE IT!

We’ve considered lots of options of a massage chair because my family including me has some backache so we chose this massage chair. Overall we like it a lot even though the back part can not be attached to the seat perfectly. It works very well and looks very great as well.

Item assembly hampered by misalignment of brackets on both arms as holes did not align with the seat bracket mounts on both sides. Required modification on my part by turning holes into slots to prevent the main back end support from falling out of the mounting slot/ rod. Also needed to cut into the rear seat brackets to align the screws within the slot.Took a little to find some of the hoses as they are not marked and were tied back into seat. Had to assume they were correct ones as they were in the vicinity of the area of interest. The picture in the instructions have a dark background and were not large enough to ensure I was in the correct area.Used on automatic settings at first and did not like neck comfort as felt I had to bend my head back to contact the rest. Found zero gravity put me in better position.Shoulder air bags seemed a waste as they barely contacted my shoulders. Adjustable? not in instructions unless I missed or am too small at 5'6" 160 pounds/ Medium frame.I got more enjoyment out of the back massage than the feet which were not envelope by the unit to get full affect. Again, I need to gain more experience with adjustments.After 2 months of use I find the neck and shoulder massages are basically useless for my size. I have to use a neck pillar and still am not comfortable as head tilts back too far. It is easy to adjust the pressures but you never realize whether this is a permanent or temporary changes as the auto cycles are preset with the 5 different programs. none of which are defined in the manual, which could also use some much needed update to define what the benefits from each program. The back massage is great for me while the arms and legs are not so impressive even after adjusting, as it is not clear what cycle the adjustment applies to nor whether or not it is permanent

I fell in love with massage chairs, after my experience in the UK in December 2019, when I was in heaven-getting massaged in a similar chair at a best friend's house. I asked the price and it was the equivalent of some $7,500 that he had paid for it, as a gift for his mother. Needless to say, this is an incredible product, that I bought a fraction of the price he paid. It is the gift that keeps on giving. My favorite is the foot rollers massaging my bare feet after a long days work, and also the zero gravity, and also the back, and also the fact that you can easily tilt it up, from the back and move it easily on it's wheels, it is a lot lighter than it looks, and also..... The downside of it is that the shoulders and head massages are too far apart for me, but I will work on adjusting that. To me, unbelievable price for money. As you can see in the pictures, it is front and center between the furniture. It has obviated the need to go to Cineapolis to get a similar experience in their luxury section. I sink into the chair and enjoy Netflix thrillers...and forget the world.

Chair arrived and was put together rather easily. There are 3 pieces that weigh from 40-90 lbs so you have to be able to lift that weight.After assembling, the hip and arm airbags didn't inflate. I emailed for several days with support in an Asia time zone, so had to wait days in between to get responses. Responses were not helpful (basically refered to the manual which was followed to assemble it), and then stopped altogether, so ended up asking for a refund. Upon asking they said I should have reached out to them to fix it first! This was after at least 3 emails where they gave unclear instructions and I sent pictures back. They sent me a return authorization but asked me to pay for shipping on 3 very heavy pieces and that I would get reimbursed, since it was defective.Between putting it together, taking it apart and all the service transactions in between. Then boxing it back up for pickup,it felt like I should have been paid a weeks wage! As for the chair, had it worked, I would have kept it to avoid the hastle of a return, although the bolts didn't fully line up (so it was a bit unstable) too heavy and awkward to really move around, and the chair seat cushion was hard and not cushion-like at all.
