This was a super impulse purchase. I barely looked at any other products or read reviews. My back is killing me today and I needed relief fast. ChatGPT told me to buy this brand and I didn't really question it! This is also going to come in handy for that time of the month. I paid the extra 4.99 to have it delivered within 3 hours and it got here with 10 minutes to spare. I immediately opened it up and am lying on it as I write this. First impressions: The seaglass color is very pretty and the fabric is super soft and plush. The cord is plenty long. It came with a travel bag/dust cover which is nice. Even though I knew what size I ordered and it is big enough for my purposes, I was still a little surprised at how small it was. If you are on the larger side or have a large area to cover, make sure you visualize how big 20x24 really is. I turned it onto the lowest setting (1 of 6), waited maybe 30 seconds, then laid down. I was surprised at how quickly it warmed up and how warm it felt on the lowest setting. I am also wearing two layers right now so I am impressed by the heat. You do get used to the heat after several minutes which can feel like it "stopped working". I'll probably use this on level 3 or 4 most of the time. I tried out level 6 and it gets quite hot. I had to turn it down because I started sweating! I've owned many heating blankets in the past that die after a year or two of casual use (Sunbeam, looking at you), and one reason I decided to buy this one was because of the 5 year limited warranty. IMO this is really overpriced (I paid 49.99 in Feb 2026), but I am hoping that means this is a high quality product and will actually last me more than 2 years. So far I have absolutely no complaints about this heating pad, but if anything changes I'll update this review.

I was a loyal sunbeam customer as long as I can remember using heating pads. This one had all the same features, a BIGGER size and (superficial I know but I am the one who has to look at it everyday) awesome color choices. Since my current heat pad died and this price was SIGNIFICANTLY less I decided to give it a whirl. Bye bye sunbeam! This PURE ENRICHMENT heating pad didn't just surpass any and every expectation it blew them right away! Besides the obvious size difference you can see the difference in quality IMMEDIATELY. I have high hopes and confidence that this one is going to be SO MUCH BETTER. I wish I'd purchased this one long before now!

This is my second PureRelief heating pad, and I love it just as much as my first. My original lasted about three years before the flashing F‑code appeared, so I didn’t hesitate to replace it. The 9‑foot cord is perfect for my office — it reaches any outlet without me having to rearrange anything. The fabric is soft and cozy, it heats up quickly, and it’s comfortable to use for long periods. I no longer loosely roll it up or store it in the bag; when I’m not using it, I lay it flat on the back of an accent chair to keep the wires safe. A reliable, comfortable heating pad.

This is the only brand of heating pad that I ever order because it is the only one that gets hot enough and is the right size to ease my back pain. My last one ordered was in 2018, so I felt I got a lot of use out of It. So when it stopped, I felt it gave me a good product life span & I ordered a replacement. The company offered 2, one my HSA covered but the delivery was longer than I could wait so I paid out of pocket for the light blue color. It worked only a few weeks then stopped. I filled out the return document and was going to drop off the following day. I went to return and the return had expired by 1 day! It let me complete the return request knowing the product would not be returned that same night, because it was after the closing of all UPS locations. So in case I wasn’t clear, let me say that again. 1 DAY!!!! and I cannot return or get a refund for a defective product!!! I ordered another on my HSA for the replacement for a backup before this one quit working (the gray) and so far no issues. It is a dark gray which is the same color I had for years, I am not sure if the color is made differently or just a coincidence, but I do find it strange. I hate that I to order from them again after they treated me so crappy with the return, but currently the second ordered product works amazing. I am struggling with the process if I want to return this one just out of anger at the way they have treated me on this order. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY NOT TO HONOR A RETURN ON A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, THAT WAS ONLY 1 DAY PAST THE RETURN DATE. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS FOR ANY OTHER REASON. SO IF YOU ARE ORDERING MAKE SURE YOU WATCH RETURN WINDOW AND HOPE THE PRODUCT DOESN'T STOP WORKING AFTER YOUR RETURN WINDOW!!!!

I ordered a heating pad from the same company several years back and it is still heating but not quite big enough for my needs so I ordered the larger one, the first one was defective and did not heat. No problem because Amazon replaced it and had it to me the very next day after I reported it defective and put it in the mail back to Amazon. The heating pad and Amazon are great. The Cord long enough to reach to the center of my bed it is washable, it is pretty lavender, and you can set it to stay home for two hours, or you can set it to stay on until you manually turn it off. as far as heating pads go it is the best.. I have a severe back problem and I sleep with mine every night.

I give this heating pad 4.5 stars. It is the 2nd one that I have purchased. It lasted about 2.5 years with me using it daily. I wish I would’ve lasted longer, but I like it so much and I purchased it again. The size of the heating pad is huge and it gets so warm that I don’t use past setting #3, so if you like a hot heating pad, you will be disappointed. I always use the 2 hour auto shut-off, but you could choose to leave it on. The controls are easy to use and the cord is a decent length. It does not give off a weird Oder like some and the material is soft and pretty flexible. I recently purchased my 2nd and after a couple of uses the heating pad malfunctioned. I was able to exchange without issue since I was within the 30 day return window.

High quality and durable product! I use this every single day (chronic pain), and roll over the cord with my chair frequently but it just continues to function perfectly. Im really impressed by how reliable it is since I do feel like I’ve really put it through the wringer with frequent use. Really thankful for this product and its “Stay On” feature.

The heating pad is big, comfortable and it works well. I like the automatic shut off. I helps with more than one achy spot at a time, which is nice,

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it's functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it's no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product

There is no information about voltage rating in the description of this device. I wonder how this buyer and Amazon send 120v device to Saudi Arabia where it is only 220V power is available!!!!!
