These tablets are small and crunchy. I tried to melt them under my tongue but ended up chewing and swallowing them. Doesn't matter though, I still fell off to sleep soon afterwards. They taste sweet and candy-like. This bag was very economical compared to 20 mg tablets that come in bottles and should last me a long time.

I don't sleep well. I average about 3 hours a night of broken up sleep. I can't take prescriptions because they make me do weird things. I started at 5 mg of melatonin and my body laughed at me while I lay awake. Then 10, 15, 20mg. All brands. I take 2 of these and I'll get about 6 hours. For me, that's a win. That's a HUGE amount of sleep for me. Now, onto the pill. I like the flavor. It tastes good to me. Is it fast dissolve... yes and no. It's fast dissolve because I bite it with my front teeth, but i can suck on one of these for a good 15 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes for me to start getting sleepy. I like these. I'll be buying another bag when these are gone.

My boyfriend and I have been taking the micro ingredients melatonin for about 5 months now. One bag will last you a LOOOOONG time. I still have about a fourth of it left. I was a little concerned when I purchased it that previously I used to take 4-6 MG before bed and it was enough. I was worried I would feel very drugged with 15mg. But actually I like it better. It is not like I am super drugged but when I fall asleep I have the best sleep in the first few hours after dozing off. I am sure the melatonin is to thank for this. We also purchased it to help fend off Covid as it helps your immune system and gets you better rest to have better immunity. We have not caught Covid so I guess it could be helping (or we have just been lucky). Never can really tell with thses things. I do have to admit my boyfriend and I both agree it is one of the most difficult pills to swallow. It sticks in the back of our throat every time. It is a minor thing but for someone like myself who has a pretty sensitive gag reflex, it has been a challenge to learn how to swallow it without gagging on it. It does not taste bad or anything, it just gets very sticky when it gets wet. Anyway I have been very happy with my purchase and plan to continue to use the micro ingredients brand melatonin.

Great value at a great price! I was looking for more than 5mg tablets at an affordable price and this fit the bill! I dissolve them under my tongue and the taste is incredibly tolerable. No bitterness and not too sweet!

This is one of the rare occasions that you order something with great skepticism, and are rewarded by reading the honest reviews of other folks. And a manufacturer that delivers on a product. Need help nodding off, you might want to try this. It won't keep you asleep, thank goodness. But it will certainly help you fall asleep. You get a lot for your money also. Can't honestly say I'm wild about the flavor. But they go down quick with a swallow of water. My son started taking it and has had the same results that I've had. So it's not just a fluke.

Taking this product did not help me feel sleepy or drowsy or to fall asleep. It honestly felt like I didn't take anything at all. I've taken lower doses of melatonin for years and have always felt at least a little more sleepy. But this product does absolutely nothing for me.
