I soon realised that they tend to get quite hot when the action steps up so I bought a laptop stand/cooler to help it stay cool. This worked well but then I realised that it was really uncomfortable to actually use the laptop's keyboard for prolonged periods because my left arm was being raised about 2 inches from the table and my wrist was bending upwards more than normal. After a while this started to put pressure on my elbow joint. I decided I needed an something to support my left forearm about half way between my elbow and my wrist. Whilst a regular cushion will work it is really too big for this purpose so after looking around on desertcart, I discovered the 'Fellowes Keyboard Wrist Support'. It is about 18 inches long so it will work well for both arms while typing. It is firm and also sort of 'squishy' but never loses its shape. For me provides just the right amount of support to my left arm without being too firm or too soft. I noticed one critical review said it was smelly & sticky. Mine is neither. I have quite an acute sense of smell and I cannot smell anything even when I stick my nose right up to it. The top of it is smooth so your arm(s) can move about without any friction but the bottom is flat so that it doesn't slide around during those frantic gaming moments. I have had the wrist support for two years now and it is has not lost any firmness. On this basis, I expect it to last for many years to come. Some reviews have criticized the support for being too low. I think this is probably because the are using their laptop at something close to knee height when sitting (eg with a laptop on a coffee table). When you are using it at a desk where the keyboard will probably be somewhere between stomach and chest height, it is the correct thickness. In my case in particular, as an arm support, it is perfect. Review: Great product. Outstanding customer service! - Very happy overall both with the quality of the product and mostly the customer service this seller provide. The item arrived ahead of the delivery date, and it looked and felt great. I already had the mouse pad with wrist support of the same brand/model, which I'd been using for several months, and I was very pleased with it, so I wanted to complement it with the keyboard wrist support. On the next day though, the outer shell bursted and the inner gel spilled. So I contacted Universal Office Product immediately through desertcart, and they were a delight to deal with. They immediately recognised the product was defective based on the photo I sent them, and offered me a replacement at no cost to me. I did not even have to return the defective product or pay any extra postage! I cannot recommend this seller enough (and the new product I've received is working like a charm)! One can only wish more sellers on desertcart offer such 5-star standard of customer service! ## Features - RELIEVES PRESSURE AND FATIGUE: This Fellowes self-adjusting gel keyboard wrist rest conforms to your wrist for personalised comfort which helps relieve pressure and fatigue whilst typing - MICROBAN PROTECTION: Fighting the growth of harmful bacteria at your office desk or in your home, this keyboard wrist support features built in Microban Protection which keeps your wrist rest cleaner for the lifetime of the product - VIBRANT DESIGN: Designed with style in mind, this Fellowes keyboard wrist rest compliments any work space with its vibrant design and its soothing transparent gel which also provides comfort and support for your wrist - STAIN RESISTANT GEL: This stain resistant gel wrist rest has the ability to be wiped clean with a damp cloth due to its smooth surface making it perfect for any environment - NON-SKID RUBBER BACKING: To prevent frustration in the workplace or at home, we have incorporated a non-skid rubber backing to the keyboard wrist support which keeps wrist rest in place and prevents it from slipping around ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PM8FXY5 | | Best Sellers Rank | 14,622 in Stationery & Office Supplies ( See Top 100 in Stationery & Office Supplies ) 37 in Wrist Rests | | Brand | Fellowes | | Brand Name | Fellowes | | Colour | Grey/White | | Compatible Devices | Keyboard | | Country Of Origin | China | | Cover Material | Gel | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 2,777 Reviews | | Form Factor | Ergonomic | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00043859740734 | | Is the Item Heat Sensitive? | No | | Item Dimensions L x W | 47.3L x 5.7W centimetres | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Type Name | Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron | | Item Weight | 0.31 Kilograms | | Keyboard Description | Ergonomic | | Manufacturer | Fellowes | | Manufacturer Part Number | 9653601 | | Material | Rubber | | Material Type | Rubber | | Model Name | Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron | | Model Number | 9653601 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Non-slip rest | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Warranty | 3 YR LIMITED | | Product dimensions | 47.3L x 5.7W centimetres | | Size | Standard | | Sleeping Bag Filling Material | Gel | | Style | Wrist Support | | UPC | 043859740734 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Fellowes - **Colour:** Grey/White - **Material:** Rubber - **Product dimensions:** 47.3L x 5.7W centimetres - **Size:** Standard ## Images ![Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61ZfNoDJTlL.jpg) ![Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ZPqAwLaUL.jpg) ![Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71Or8k035vL.jpg) ![Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/319ZmZ3UytL.jpg) ![Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jycs4Vd1L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More of an arm rest than wrist support. *by M***S on 4 January 2015* A while ago, I bought a gaming laptop. Outstanding customer service! *by F***N on 20 February 2019* Very happy overall both with the quality of the product and mostly the customer service this seller provide. One can only wish more sellers on Amazon offer such 5-star standard of customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable if used with care *by N***9 on 10 April 2020* I wanted a gel wrist rest, as opposed to foam, because this is what I've used before and found them to be more comfortable. The Fellowes wrist rest seems generally okay, perhaps a bit lower quality than I'm used to but does the job. But the plastic outer really is as fragile as other reviews stated - much more fragile than the ones I have used in the past. I'm treating it with the utmost care or else I think it'll burst and the gel will leak, as others reported. For Β£10 it seems fair value as long as you're prepared to be very careful with it. Edit: I've increased my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Despite my initial concerns, it's lasted well for 2.5 years of almost daily use. I think that's pretty good for a tenner, and there's no sign of it wearing out. ## Frequently Bought Together - Fellowes Photo Gel Keyboard Wrist Rest with Microban Protection - Ergonomic Wrist Support with Non Slip Rubber Base for Computer Laptop and Home Office - Chevron - Fellowes Photo Gel Mouse Mat with Wrist Support and Microban Protection - Mouse Pad with Non Slip Rubber Base - Ergonomic Mousepad for Computer Laptop - Chevron --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/156763009-fellowes-photo-gel-keyboard-wrist-rest-with-microban-protection-ergonomic](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/156763009-fellowes-photo-gel-keyboard-wrist-rest-with-microban-protection-ergonomic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
