Quality and consistency of heating water is excellent

I like the classic design of these teapot. It whistles nicely and loud. The design is very classy and it operates very smoothly. Seems well-made. I like the ergonomics of the handle.

I love this little tea kettle and how cute it is sitting on the stovetop. The gold polka dots are just fun. There are 2 things about it my husband does not love--the handle gets very hot. So just use a hot pad Dear. The little pour spout topper--so cute, it says, "Whiste while you work" on it--does not open on its own when you pour the water. So, ours stays in the lifted up position all the time. Honestly, you probably aren't even going to notice that the words are there but I still like it. I kind of want to order another one for when this one eventually needs to be replaced just in case they quit making it.

Thank goodness this teakettle wasn’t purchased as a gift! It is in worse condition that what I hoped to replace. The enamel is chipped In multiple places, the area under the spout is stained, but the best is the burnt tag on the bottom from where the kettle was apparently left on the burner too long. If I saw this at a garage sale, I wouldn’t touch it.

You will love this. If you want to upscale your the look of your kitchen, you need this. It is beautiful and functional.
