Great Resource
The exercises in this book are phenomenal. As a native English speaker, the hardest part of learning Romance languages (and Classical Latin is no exception in this respect) for me has always been the grammar. These exercises help with that a lot, by making you “show the work” to figure out the grammatical rules of the language appropriate to each section of the main Lingua Latina book. While it may seem rote, the exercises actually progressively build up your linguistic muscles, even within the same set of exercises, in the spirit of the natural method. By doing so, you start to intuitively make connections and understand the rules in a way that goes beyond even what Orberg’s original materials allow.

Great additon to Lingua Latina and it has a grammatical index to the exercises (Now there's an answer book)
This is great. I am on Lesson 20. and I need some practice using the Future. There are 7 exercises for Chapters 20 (some chapters have 10). 3 of the exercises are on the future tense. This is even better than I realized. It has a "Index Grammaticus" at the back of the book. I am having trouble with Indirect Discourse. I looked up "infinitiuvus" and I can find all the exercises that practice future, the use of infinitive, or anthing else that I am having trouble with.Eventually I had to stop because I didn't know it I was practicing the wrong answers. But now there is an answer book "Nova exercitia Latina I soluta (Italian Edition) Roberto Carfagni" It's a Kindle book only $4.98Jacobulus

Useful and recommended supplement to Exercitia Latina
These exercises are a nice supplement to Exercitia Latina I: Exercises for Familia Romana (Lingua Latina) (Pt. 1, No. 1). Since they cover the same material chapter by chapter, but in a slightly different way, they provide both an alternative for practice and a nice resource for assessing students' developing skills. There are not as many exercises for each chapter, but some of them require the combination of more new elements than the typical exercise in Exercitia Latina. The examples and provided context are clear and sufficient, but the student will have to pay attention to understand what is expected.

Thoughtfully-written exercises
This is a very worthwhile supplement to Familia Romana. This isn't just more of the same exercises as in other supplements. The exercises have you practising what you know in fresh ways, some of which feel more like classroom activities than a workbook.

Good
Great complement to the LLPSI series.

Similar in style and format to LLPSI
Great book for additional Latin practice for use with Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata. The exercises are similar in style to those Exercitia within LLPSI and offer more opportunities for composing your own sentences. I wish the exercises identify which Lectio they relate to because I focus only on one Lectio at a time. I also wish the answers were readily available in the back of the book or on the author's website rather than having to pay nearly half the price of the book itself for a Kindle edition of the answers. Otherwise, a great supplement to LLPSI.

Good to have
Idea is to have more examples and this really drills down on it. They are grouped into grammatical categories as well so this allows you to hit your weak spots more directly.

An excellent book with very helpful additional exercises for Ørberg's famous Lingua Latina per se illustrata. Few people would be more qualified than Roberto Carfagni to write such a text. One eagerly awaits vol. 2, for the more challenging Roma Aeterna. Highly recommended to users of the Ørberg series.
