I believe so. Not worth the money. Threw mine out after to stop and pick them up time and again.

How high is the jump itself? I need it at least 18 inches off the ground.

This is a cavaletti riser not a jump standard. This raises a pole only a few inches off the ground. I think it is the same company, though, that makes what you’re looking for. It’s called a jump block.
