I've been pregnant before and I can tell you within 2 weeks of my first pregnancy I could not manage to hold anything down and was very nauseous (mind you this was before any pregnancy test could detect that I was pregnant yet). Since using this probiotic I noticed an extreme difference on how I feel this time around versus last time. If you're pregnant or trying to conceive I highly recommend you giving this probiotic a shot.
