Excellent.

I have occipital neuralgia & have had it for over 10 years. This is the ONLY thing I get relief from. I would highly recommend ordering these extra gel packs so you can swap them in your Kap and always have some ready. Did it cure me? No, nothing will, but it made my pain bearable so I could function! Thank you! The company are amazing to deal with and very good with communication.

Peace out migraines - Goes with the Icekap hat

I got this extra set to go inside my Icekap hat so that I can keep the cold on my head twice in one day. As some days .. unfortunately ... it be like that .. I just love it. Really helps to calm down those hot migraines and the shape of these fit into the hat nicely.

these are good they stay soft when frozen so they are not hard or heavy on your head but thet do take a long time to freeze a bit of inconvice to me as i need to have them on me for mosts days for hours to get some releif
