The handle is placed good so your hand is not touching the hot cup itself it’s just a bit wide so you got to hold it a certain way but it’s just a minor thing, the cup holds a lot of tea 18oz is a good bit overall great tea cup and loose tea filter/strainer

I got this mug for the large size so I don’t have to get up to make more tea or hot chocolate as frequently. I don’t use the loose tea insert, but maybe I will buy the lose tea next time now that I have it. The ceramic lid keeps my drink hot longer, too. The handle doesn’t get hot when I put it in the microwave like my other mugs do. Great mug!

I purchased this for a faster option to make coffee. There were no instructions but I found a little video on how to make coffee this way. Inside was a note offering a free spoon for a like on their fb page however that led me on wild goose chase requiring me to message them then they want your order number then send you back here to write a review. Then one must take a photo of said review and send it back to them (ok by now this is not a free product anymore). I gave up at that point. Should have said free product for fb follows and amazon review and too much of your time. LolI’d appreciate a little note with some tips instead of the free product tease.The mug is nice but the lid slides around and the filter is deep making better for tea making vs coffee.

I was excited to find these cups/ mugs with the lids. I always cover my drink to keep it hot longer… They also have a very nice strainer that comes with them inside the cup/mug for teas or anything. I am very happy with these and will buy more as gifts to give to family and friends.

I am a tea drinker and loose tea is the real deal....tastes better than bags ....but who carries a teapot everywhere ...this nifty mug has its own tea strainer and lid like a mini pot.its cute and good quality. I bought this as a gift.....now I want one for myself.

This is a great looking cup. I just received today and have not had an opportunity to use it yet. It feels really sturdy in my hand and I do love the size of it. After I have had an opportunity to use it I will get back to you guys with an update.
