I use these to sleep in. The only issue I have with them is that the waistband is itchy as there is no material on the inside only the elastic. The whole waistband should be covered.

I wear flannel shorts for sleep every night for decades. These are some of the most comfortable I have ever tried. I will certainly order these again

Maybe a machine put it in the shipping bag and cut the shorts or quality control had the day off.
