The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin (Peter Rabbit)

Such a fun read with my 5 year old son! Frequently requested as a read out loud but make sure to use a very impertinent voice for Nutkin.

Beatrix Potter was a brilliant naturalist. Her watercolors are delicate and detailed, and absolutely stunning.Squirrel Nutkin is quite the naughty rambunctious boy and I can’t help but think his punishment was too extreme.

Super quick and fun read! Working on building our home library with some classics and this made the cut!

Cute book, got it because my husband had it growing up. Very peculiar story, but a classic.

The pictures were lovely.

This book is part of a set. We buy one at each holiday to send to our granddaughter. She loves them and the quality is great.

Awful story! So desapointing. I had The tale of Peter Bunny and I loved the story and the paitings but this one of the squirrel is so bad! I won’t read this to my kids!

Pas assez bien que les autres histoires de la série. Les blagues sont ennuyeuses. Je ne le lire plus, même si ma fille aime parfois regarder les images. (Elle préfère Peter Rabbit, Tom Kitten & Jemima Puddle-duck).

Just a lovely little book well produced but badly packed in a huge box with other items but no protection for the sleeve - managed to clean off some marks.
