Great quality, where have you been in my searches!
At last, 3 lopper purchases in, i have found what i was looking for (sorry if that kicks in a U2 song) These work great and for larger branches. Its the new favourite shed tool and i cant wait to use them again.

Fantastic reach and cutting power
Been wanting one of these for ages. My neighbours trees and hedge over grow my fence and can no longer each to cut them back, even on tall A frame ladders. This 4 meter pole is brilliant and the anvil cutting head works really well on thick branches. When you have it extended I would say it is easier for one person to hold the pole whilst the other person pulls the cutting cord. For thicker branches I brase the bottom of the pile against myself to give better lever action. This works really well.Ps. No neighbour wars, neighbour happy for me to lop away at his tree lol

Heavy
Great for up high branches but are a bit too heavy.

Buy this pruner rather than the fixed angle version
This pruner can be rotated to enable you to get to almost any angled branch and is well worth the extra cost. The pulley mechanism allows you to cut thin branches with ease and suprprisingly thicker limbs with a concerted pull. If you can't cut the branch with this pruner then you need the saw blade (get the one with the hook on the end of the blade).

Wobbly when fully extended ๐๐คฃ
This is a great loper, when fully extended it benefits from the help of a friend to aid putting it where you want to cut and to pull the cord if being a little enthusiastic in the thickness of the branch being cut - all in all it's saved me a fortune.

|Very good so far
I need to try to reach overgrown trees and other plants and the tools I had just weren't able to get at them or cut that well. The combination of the length of the pole and these cutters is way better than anything else I've used (and I am recovering from major surgery so I am in no sense the person I was before in terms of strength, stability and so on. For that reason using this is a huge challenge, but I managed and got the job done for now. It is heavy and awkward when at full stretch and the normal issues arise with these things when there is a battle to cut and get the cutters back! However, it is a winning combination and I have no regrets about buying it - but you need a high ceiling or long floor in any shed or garage.

Now a professional tree surgeon...lol
Easy to use and with the curved saw attachment also, I had my neighbours over hanging trees cut back in no time at all. They are not happy but I am loving the fact that now a large part of my garden gets rain water and I shall have a lot less leaves to clear up this year. The 4 meter reach plus my own height meant no part of their trees escaped my wrath though the usability was a little trickier at full length. So happy that I keep looking at the area I ripped apart and smiling at how easy it was and how much difference it has made to my garden. I think my neighbours are happy also as they now have furniture and a green house set up in their garden which they never had before due to lack of light.
