It’s sparkly paper
Used it on a 10” cake ... looked nice... I won’t be able to reuse tho because the paper ripped apart by the stick... super cute tho, I’d buy again!

Cute but very small
I must have not paid attention to the measurement/size of this topper when ordering as it is very small which may not be a problem for a small cake but if you are planning on using this for a fairly large cake keep in mind the tiny size of this topper. Not worth $10

Disappointed
I ordered this product over two months ago and it just arrived the other day. I ordered it in rose gold and it arrived gold. Much smaller than the picture make sure you look at the measurements properly. Good for a small 6 inch cake.
