Blue Diamond 12" Diamond Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet with Lid, Blue

I’ve gone through a lot of frying pans over the years, including expensive stainless and traditional nonstick models, and this Blue Diamond 12" pan has honestly impressed me more than I expected. The size is excellent for larger meals, the heat distribution has been very even, and cleanup is unbelievably easy. Eggs, burgers, vegetables, and even delicate foods release with very little effort. It also seems to recover temperature quickly after adding food, which makes cooking much more consistent. One of the biggest reasons I chose this pan is because it uses a ceramic nonstick surface. I like the fact that I do not have to worry about PFAS or PTFE coatings. That gave me a lot more peace of mind compared to many traditional nonstick pans on the market. The pan also feels solid in the hand without being excessively heavy. For the price, I think the value is exceptional. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Blue diamond fry pans.. I now have 3. Bought the first one (10") at the grocery store as mine was in bad shape. Found it really NON STICK... so bought a small one to just do eggs and omelets, so omelets would flip without sticking... bingo!! My 12" pans are a mess and everything sticks so I splurged and just bought the 12" with lid pan... my food just slips around in the pan, sometimes making it hard to turn things over as they slide away from my spatula.. LOL. I am careful not to burn things in them and I wash them out with just hot water, no detergent... and give them a good wipe down. Dont know if that helps ... but so far so good! They cannot be used on an induction type stove, magnets do not stick!

I got one of these. I was astonished that it simultaneously cooked my 4 strips of bacon and three eggs in about half the time as my air fryer, and the non-stick is extra slick, hardly needed any effort to clean. It's lovely to look at well. I'm asking each of my grown daughters if I may get them each one.

Very lightweight and after several uses, nothing has stuck yet. Clean-up is just as easy. I bought this as a supplement to my much higher-end cookware set. Although the high-end is "non-stick",getting an over easy egg out of it is challenging if not impossible. I bought this skillet to make making breakfast a little less stressful and it has not disappointed. Because it is so lightweight I'm a little concerned how long it will hold up, but for the price and what it has delivered so far, I would purchase it again if needed.

I loved this pan for the first year. Then it warped and degraded until it was no longer non stick nor easy to clean. This occurred just after the two year warranty ran out. I like all of their other products and have had no issues with them. I'm just disappointed in the lack of longevity for this pan

Best non stick and non toxic pans in the market!

This pan last 6 months using it daily sometimes 2x per day. The non-stick lasted less than a month. We had to buy a permanent silicone pot holder for the handle to be able to handle it. That’s annoying and I gave it 3 stars for that but giving it 1 as the value of non-stick was the main reason for purchase and since I had to throw it away today after 6 months that value was gone. Would definitely not recommend this pan for any serious usage as it will not last. Original review: This pan has been amazing and I cook 2-3 times a day using it so after a month of use I wanted to write a quick review to say it is truly non stick and appears to be wearing very nicely without a single mark. My only “complaints” are: 1. It’s so slick that it’s hard to pour things out of it without it spilling. For example if I make some ground beef and go to pour it into a container it is nearly impossible to keep it contained without spilling over the edge. 2. The handle. This is really my only negative and why I gave it 4 stars. I have a really great set of stainless cookware that I use frequently and I guess I got spoiled by never having to worry about picking them up by the handle because with this pan you could cook food on the handle that’s how hot it gets. Still though this is the best non-stick pan I’ve ever used and wound purchase again… with a pot holder

Waited several months before writing this review, and have used the skillet almost daily. When I first got it, the lid would make a popping noise, as though the metal rim and the glass weren't fitted quite right. That noise went away after 3 weeks. Since then, the skillet and lid have been top-shelf. The pan heats quickly and retains heat well, shows no burn marks or scratches on the cooking surface, and cleans easily. (Yes, I use the regular amount of butter and/or oil, with 'non-stick' understood to mean easy clean up). The handle will heat up a bit, but not all the way to the end; no silicone sleeve is required unless you've put the skillet in the oven, which I've done twice. The cooking surface always cleans up well and, as noted, there are no scratches, though metal tongs to turn meat is the only non-scratch utensil I've used. The bottom of the skillet is showing some marks from the gas burner, but whatever. It's as though this pan were made from a re-entry tile from the space shuttle. Good product.

I regret purchasing this frying pan. For the price of ₹2,800, I expected better quality and thoughtful design. The biggest flaw is the metal handle—how am I supposed to hold it when it gets hot? Most brands use heat-resistant materials, which is just common sense. Unfortunately, this pan lacks that. Additionally, the finish is subpar and does not justify the high price. At best, this pan is worth ₹1,000, not nearly three times that. Definitely not a good buy!
