Where can you buy a replacement cartridge and how much?

I have found you can only reliably get the replacement cartridges from Amazon, they cost around £20 for four replacements and you need two for each refill of the shaver, they really are very good and very quick to use.

Bi-Directional shaving works best when used on tighter skin, like for arms, legs, scalp and the body too (but for the chest, you may need to pull the skin tight with your free hand if that area has excess fat). The face typically has the loosest skin. If you take your index finger and press it to your cheek and move back and forth your skin will follow that movement. If you replace a razor with your index finger and press it to your cheek and move the razor back and forth your skin will follow that movement. To shave you need skin resistance so your blades can "scrape" the skin free of hair. If your skin follows the shaver's movement then that needed resistance is prevented. This is why we say the OmniShaver is not for facial shaving.

Hi this model the Premium OmniShaver accepts replacement blades. The Classic OmniShaver (plastic shaving head) does not and is a disposable.
