Does this has a original smell?

Not really. They don't smell like anything. They are very small. About the size of a thimble.

Would these be safe to be used in making rabbit toys?

They crumble easily is not handled carefully - only for older kids or adults!

Where do these come from?

They're pine cones so my guess is they come from a pine tree. Then again, who knows.

Love 'em!

These little pinecones are adorable, clean, and mostly uniformly sized. I used them to decorate wooden candle holders. They didn't overtake the overall design of the holders. I recommend them to those who like non-schmaltzy design.
