I cut my own hair during COVID and used $1 scissors. Of course, it wasn't the most pleasant because those scissors were like elementary school ones. When I got this set, it was night and day. I could cut much faster and more joyfully. Imagine a sharp knife in the kitchen. It's a gamechanger.I love the other accessories that come with it although I didn't need any of them.If you cut your own hair or other people's, get this!! It won't break the bank and will last you a lifetime provided you don't drop them.

Great for thinning and trimming my dogs thick fur coat, especially for summer! Works for my hair too (after washing the scissors). Very helpful; good value for the money.

The scissors and the thinning shears are amazing! They worked so well. Nice and sharp! My only complaint about the kit is the pink razor. It’s not sharp enough to cut through hair and ended up just pulling my hair. I’d just buy a separate razor but everything else is great for the price!

Comes in a cute pouch so it keeps everything together. I have boy used it, I purchased this as a gift. They are a good size and looks good. Hopefully they work well.

The thinning shears tend to snag even on small sections of hair, unlike others I’ve used that glide through more smoothly. They’ll work if you’re in a bind or need a basic set, but don’t expect professional-level results. Definitely use caution when thinning your hair — these aren’t very forgiving.
