GELUOXI 747-900 Front Right Passenger Side Running Board Motor Assembly with Bracket Replacement for 2007-2014 Ford Expedition Lincoln Navigator 9L7Z16A506A FSM1P6

Purchased to replace the passenger side running board motor on a 2011 Lincoln Navigator. Part was an exact fix and functioned properly. Removing the old part was not really difficult, but it is a little difficult separating the motor from the board. After I removed the four main bolts that attach it to the vehicle and the two smaller bolts that attach the board, I used a rubber mallet to knock the old motor back and forth until it fell off. Installing the new motor was a breeze. Note: if your vehicle has a rod connecting the front and rear brackets, this does not fit. My Navigator does not have this rod and it fit properly.

A great product that fit my car immediately. I tried replacing just the motor, that never worked well, these went in smoothly and work like new.

Works great solved my problems

I was unsure of how this would work long term. Now that it has been on our 2015 Lincoln Navigator for over a year. The part has held up well. For like the OEM and was really not that hard to install. I would say if you need it. Worth not paying the dealer the 2000+ dollar range they have to fix the boards. This did the trick and was worth taking a gamble on. Happy with the part and how well it has held up.

Simple installation, fit and works well immediately after install. I have the longer EL 2014 ford expedition, which has a torsion bar connected between front and rear hinges. New bracket didn't have an extended hinge pin for torsion bar to slide over and rivet to. New bracket hinge pins slightly larger in diameter than original, so I couldn't reuse the old pin. So I had to drill the rivets out of both existing front and rear hinges with 1/4" drill bit to remove and discard the torsion bar. Concerned the hinges will bind up even sooner than before without the torsion bar, but we'll see. Bracket came in closed position, but I removed the non-functioning board in open position. Prior to attaching to running board, I connected new motor with hinge to electrical connection with door closed, and opened the door to cycle the new hinge to open position. Buying motor with hinge attached saved a lot of time and effort compared to motor only. Add the single extended hinge pin for optional torsion bar attachment and would be 5 stars from me.

For anyone that is trying to figure out if you can use this on the EL model I can confirm that this works without using the shaft that goes to your rear hinge. This replacement model (with hinge) does not have the setup to attach that shaft, modifications are needed in order to use it. I decided to just drill the rivet out on the shaft at the rear hinge and remove it and install without it. It works absolutely fine and performs effortlessly if the hinges are moving freely - video attached. The most important thing with these PRB's is the hinges need to be cleaned and lubed regularly to avoid problems. I was impressed with the build quality for the price and it was packaged extremely well as in there was no way this was getting damaged during shipping.

Part arrived as advertised and was bubble wrapped and protected. Once installed it works great and continues to work great. No issues at all. It has been 30 days in operation so far and works as advertised.
