Will they show with keds?

The sock at the back of the ankle might show. If the keds are regular tie up, like sneakers, the top of the sock will not show. These are the most comfortable socks I have worn and I am in my 70's

These socks are not thick. Its going to depend on how tight your sneakers are. I have room in my sneakers so the fit is good.

Do they have anti slip silicone at the heel?

My slip under my feet all the time, not too happy with purchase.
